In fact, I have taken the MSM (1/2 teaspoon) mixed in with the DMSO and water. I was not doing MMS at the time of all this. Are you putting DMSO (70%) directly on your knee, to see if you get some relief ? Clint

It will not harm you, and the "worst" it could do is that it might make your breath smell funny to others, or not change anything (It doesn't mine, but that is all individual body chemistry.) We are, if nothing else, all scientists on this board, using our own bodies as experimental labs.

If you are taking MMS during the day, I have found it un necessary to take DMSO with the MMS for each dose, as I already have it in my system.

Usually it's ok for humans too... if it smells off, then I wouldn't use it. They aren't legally able to say its for humans consumption, but (depending on the quality of the brand you are talking about) it is usually ok to take. C

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
