Yes,.... but I took it 2 hours+ away from my last dose of MMS.

(you're aware that the MSM is the dried form of the liquid DMSO... yes ? :-)

Advisable? Probably not. OK? Probably. I personally don't recommend taking additional supplements when you're doing your MMS protocol, but that's me. Do them 2 hrs after the last dose.

MSM is what happens to DMSO when it gets into the body - you can do both MMS and DMSO, so I would imagine you can do MSM and MMS. I'd separate them by at least 30 minutes, though.

]Based on the fact that Jim Humble is telling that MMS is eliminated from the body somewhere between 1 and 1.5 hours, I guess the answer given by Macaddict08 is making sense.
Taking MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) before 1.5 hours can be a risk of interfering with MMS.
Taking MSM after 2 hours or 1.5 hours after MMS, probably there will be no MSM in the body to interfere with MMS when you start again with MMS the next day.

You must know precisely the side effects of MSM for being sure there is not unwanted interfering with other substances you take - MMS, etc.

We don't know that MSM clears in 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. We do know that MMS clears in that time. So taking it 2 hrs after your last dose for the day gives you (probably) about 12 hours for the MSM to clear.

Since a person is really only supposed to take 1/2 teaspoon of MSM at a time (with meals) .... and that it is dried, and less potent as it's original form (DMSO) ... I can't fathom that it would still be active even after 5 hours.

just my 2c

Good question! I take 1 tablespoon a day (per David Wolfe's protocol) and I never considered that it might interfere with MMS. This also the first I've heard that MSM is the powdered form of DMSO. So does that mean MSM is a potentiator and maybe should be taken with our chosen supplements to maximize the results? A little off-topic, I know.

I'm learning so much on this board :)

My intuition tells me MSM will not interfer with MMS. I listen to David Wolfe constantly, am doing his Raw nutritian on line course, am a member of the the best day ever site. i try to remember how he compairs MSM and DMSO I know they both come from the same thing. I think they are both sulphur compounds, I dont believe MSM has the driving in quality that DMSO does, I'm going to look this up and see if I can find out where they are similar and where they are different. Im supposed to be taking a tables spoon per day in water as I'm taking MMS at the moment I've lost the momentum to take yet another not so nice thing.
