Were you a chef at the Kushi Institute ?

I can't remember their names, 2 women that were 100% dedicated to the macrobiotic type of living.
If I can find their recipes, I will check it out. It was in 1987.

Wow !! They would have been my cooking teachers at the institute.

Was it Evelyn Harboun (sp?) a very petitie dark haired chilean lady, and and another woman had red hair, very american (can't remember her name)

I went to school in Brookline there from '84-'85

The best probiotics for any diarrhoea is opti bac s.boullardi, I have fridge full of this stuff.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
