oxidant oxidation strength oxidation capacity
ozone (O3) 2,07 2 e-
hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) 1,78 2 e-
hypochlorous acid (HOCl) 1,49 2 e-
hypobromous acid (HOBr) 1,33 2 e-
chlorine dioxide (ClO2) 0,95 5 e-
The following comparisons show what happens when chlorine dioxide reacts. First, chlorine dioxide takes up an electron and reduces to chlorite:
ClO2 + e- ® ClO2-
The chlorite ion is oxidized and becomes a chloride ion:
ClO2- + 4H+ + 4e- ® Cl- + 2H2O
These comparisons suggest that chlorine dioxide is reduced to chloride, and that during this reaction it accepts 5 electrons. The chlorine atom remains, until stable chloride is formed. This explains why no chlorinated substances are formed. When chlorine reacts it does not only accept electrons; it also takes part in addition and substitution reactions. During these reactions, one or more chlorine atoms are added to the foreign substance.
In English this means it becomes table salt once it encounters a pathogen something with a low electrical field.
Everything that is healthy within the body possesses a higher electrical field.
If you have any questions about this please let me know.

My instincts would probably agree with your friend BUT my experience of taking MMS would probably disagree.
I think if it were killing off the good bacteria in your intestines then people would have similar effects as when taking Antibiotics.
Which would be loose stools, etc which lasted for long period of time after you stopped taking it.
I know what I was like after taking a lot of Antibiotics and how I am after trying MMS. I make my own Kefir (Probiotic Drink made from Milk) and I noticed the differences in my stools after taking it (the get much firmer) .. If you want to be on the safe side then you could take some probiotics.

Natto is a very high source of Vitamin K2 (actually one of the highest sources) for us vegetarians, which is very important for dental health as is vitamin D and Vitamin A

I can tell you like macrobiotic "cuisine", ah you did say you were a macro chef!
25 years ago I took a class in Bethesda, Maryland by a Kushi group. I just love the food, healthy
comfort food.
Insite,
raw milk kefir is great, I used to make it in the evening and drink it in the morning.
Haven't done it lately, although I have both raw cow's and goat's milk available in my city.
It is legal in the state of Washington, I am so thankful.
At times I stay completely away from dairy, but it is too tempting when you can get it raw and
good quality. I know we can make kefir form coconut water and other things, but nothing beats
a raw dairy.

I'd be curious about who they were... I lived in Boston for a year ('84-'85) and worked as a chef there.
I still make some of the dishes... goes well with the MMS when trying to heal.

I can't remember their names, 2 women that were 100% dedicated to the macrobiotic type of living.
If I can find their recipes, I will check it out. It was in 1987.
