A granule is a little lump. (like a grain of sand, although it will be a bit larger) - you will use a granule, there is no measuring. Just one, to start. You're going to do 2 capsules the first day - then the second day, do 3, then the third day, do 4. Once you've got that and you're comfortable, add a second granule. You're going to use no more than 1/2 a size capsule, when you're at the top of the dosing. But you need to work up very slowly....

Thanks Pam for that good explanation, if I may I have another question? In protocol 2000 when I have to take MMS2 with MMS1 I take both one after the other of I should wait 15 minutes or so. For MMS2 we have to drink water before and after taking the capsule, haven't we? How much? Thanks

do the MMS2 on the half hour, if you're doing MMS1 on the hour - and yes, do a glass before the capsule and a glass after. - at least 8 ounces would be best.

Megg,

one granule is like one granule of sand, just one little "crumb".

I know you will not have any reaction from this small amount.

Always use distilled water or reverse osmosis.

Pam can confirm this.

The water you are drinking with the capsules does not have to be distilled. It can be filtered (better) or tap.
