LOL, even safeway doesn't have 5 oz of kikkomans (we have a definite asian pop here, so they start at 10 oz) however, I found 5 oz hot pepper sauce in glass (we also have a large pop of hispanics) and 5 oz sesame oil in glass, so I'm good. It's a bit late to start today, but that's OK. I'll be good to go tomorrow!

a big thank you to both Scott, for all the detailed explanations here and to Pam for telling us about your search for good bottles!

I am taking my 7 day fridge mms and working great, although I had some nausea today, but it went away already.

Thanks a million, this is great!!!

I also am taking the 7 day MMS that I made, and so far, no nausea at all, even though I've been supplementing the 8-hr dosages with more "regular" (ie, non-fridge method) MMS doses. Still no nausea or diarrhea. Waiting to see how effective it will be. Right now I'm in quite a lot of pain. But it might be die-off stuff happening from taking more MMS with the fridge method. If things calm down in a day or so, I'll know that was it.

KJ,

I am so sorry you are experiencing a lot of pain:(

But at least no nausea. Today, second day on 7 day fridge method, I had some nausea, but not bad.

The other day I threw up 3 times in a row with the regular daily mms1, but I am also taking the mms2
and that is so potent. I might have to slow down.

do you take mms2 also? and DE?

I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you, Evanir. Yes, I'm also taking MMS2 and slowly working my way up in amount. I started with just a few granules in small size "3" capsules. Now I'm at have full capsules 3 times a day and I always have a little (or a lot) of nausea about 1/2 hour after taking it. But so far it hasn't made me throw up (knocking on wood). The nausea passes pretty quickly, so I'm thankful for that.

I have DE but it's what I bought for my farm animals (goats and chickens). I thought at first I would just take that, then saw there is 'food grade'. I dont know if what I have is food grade. I assume it is, but could be wrong. I need to check on that, and if not, I need to buy some.

KJ,

You are doing really well, no nausea with 3 capsules already! I can only take 2 of mms2.

So you have goats and chickens, is it for the milk and the eggs? that's the best thing to have, plus a vegetable garden and some fruit trees.

We have 3 types of grapes, delicious! 2 cherry trees, 3 fig trees(not doing well though), 1 pluot and lots of raspberries, blackberries and boysenberries. The pomogranite bush doesn't produce anything.
Plus a small vegetable garden. Everything grows really well in this part of the state.

Megg,

I am proud of you! your first granule of mms2. I am sure you had no reaction, but let's know how you did.

Hi Gals :)

Megg, you hang in there! It's so important to go slowly, especially given your circumstances, but I have no doubt that you'll get up to a higher dosage soon and see good results!

Evanir, our first chickens were rescues from a jobsite my husband was working at (he's a contractor). Since then, we've added more and now supply ourselves and our friends with organic, fresh eggs. What a blast to have these little dinasaurs scouring the yard for bugs. They're lots of fun and very friendly birds. The goats are small sized dairy goats -- Nigerian Dwarf -- about the size of a labrador retriever. Right now I can't have milk or dairy, but I hope to be able to add that back in someday and then yes, I'll breed them for milk. Right now they're spoiled and pampered pets -- and just about the funniest entertainment around. They're hysterical little critters, way too curious for their own good. I'd say goats, especially baby goats, are Pure Joy in action. We have a big veggie garden this year, and are currently harvesting tons of fresh herbs for teas, tons and TONS of zucchini's and cucumbers, bell peppers, chiles, etc. Hoping this Fall to set up a greenhouse right off the back deck so I can do a Winter Harvest garden. Very excited about that! One of the most fun things is that, though I don't have fruit trees (yet), my neighbor and friend does -- so we share. Yesterday I brought her a giant box of zucchini and cucumbers and she gave me a giant bag of apples fresh from the tree and some hollyhock seeds. Love that!

What state are you in? We're in Colorado, so the winter harvest garden thing is going to be a big ol' experiment! I've been reading Eliot Coleman's books on it though, so am inspired to give it a try :)

KJ,

That's so neat to have all that in your back yard. You are truly blessed!
Our son was raised on raw goats milk and was never sick while our daughter did catch things.

I live in the south eastern part of Washington state, where the volcanic top soil is so rich, anything grows well.

But the downside is that there are wheat farms all around us and all the way up the Blue Mountains and the farmers spray
lots of chemicals, and burn the fields to kill diseases and mold and that is very harmful, especially living in the Walla Walla valley.
This is also rich soil to grow grapes and perfect climate like southern France. There are almost 200 wineries here, a second Napa valley.

But all the chemicals caused me to get sick, very allergic to all the stuff around here.

I read some of the methods to grow a winter garden, do you have to set up a greenhouse?
