Oh my -- I'm so sorry to hear of all the chemicals and spraying being done around you. There's lots of farmland around us and it happens here too! Aggg! (or maybe more appropriately -- Gagg!) And if you're in a valley, I imagine it can't just blow off either, making it harder. I hope it's only one or two times a year though. The grapes sound so wonderful. It must be so beautiful! I've been to Napa valley and loved it... Sounds like you have a perfect gardening climate there! And yeah, we have a greenhouse that we're going to put up. I haven't been able to do much this summer because of my foot and knee, so the garden's smaller. I'm still hoping to get the greenhouse up before the first snow, but we'll see -- given my condition it may have to wait until next year... How far are you from the coast? I know Washington is a big state, and if you're in the southeast, it's probably a bit of a drive. Still -- must be nice to get to the ocean sometimes :)

Hi KJ,

In your, "My progress so far" thread, you mentioned that you are up to 100 drops of mms per day now. Is that all 7 Day Fridge MMS, or is it a combination of other ways of making mms? It would also be good to know the number of drops per hour that you are taking of the 7 Day Fridge MMS. Are you taking 4 drops per hour of it and 4 drops per hour using another way of making it like CDS? I was able to take 96 drops of 7 Day Fridge MMS in a day which was 8 drops per hour for 12 hours - without any nausea.

Thanks,
Scott

This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops

I am doing the 7 day fridge method of taking MMS1, and it's really helping me to get my drops per hour up significantly without nausea. What I'm doing now: I'm taking 60mls per day of the 7-day fridge method in enough water for an 8 hr protocol (about 780 mls or so of peppermint tea with stevia added). The way I've been figuring it is that if 20 mls per day equals 24 drops per day (3 per hour on the 8 hour protocol), then tripling the dosage puts me at 72 drops for 8 hours, or 9 drops per hour. For the final 2 hours (3 or more hours if I can manage it), I take 10-12 drops per hour made the regular way -- mixing in a cup and waiting at least 20 seconds, then I add water with a splash of grape or cherry juice on top to cut the flavor. This puts my drop count per day up between 90-100, depending on the day.

For anyone who wants/needs to get their drop count up, please do try this method. It works and there's no nausea from doing it this way. The taste is something I'm still working with. The peppermint tea with stevia tastes horrific because at the amount of activated MMS I'm taking... not sure anything's going to mask it. I just slug it back and then take a quick sip of cherry or grape juice if I need to.

Thanks for your update KJ. :) Wow, that really is a lot of drops per hour! I sure hope it will help you with your foot problem.

May you be well,
Scott

KJ,

sorry, I didn't logout and it appeared as if I was online for hours, I went out most of the day, driving my husband around,
he is getting so bored from not working, but today he started his volunteer work with a local TV station, doing camera work,
which he's been doing for several years. He is so much happier now.

Walla Walla valley is almost 6 hours from the coast, the drive is beautiful all the way along the Columbia River on the Oregon
side. We like to go to Cannon Beach in Oregon, very interesting rocks and lots of birds and gorgeous sunsets.

I hope your foot gets well soon, I still don't know for sure what you are fighting, anything else besides the foot problem?
It is amazing that you take so much and you don't throw up. I must have too much being killed and my liver is not able
to take all the toxicity.

Colorado has some incredible lakes and mountains, are you close to beautiful scenery?

Hi Evanir,

So glad to hear your husband is feeling better and enjoying his work. It sounds gorgeous where you are -- and who doesn't love saying Walla Walla Valley? :silly: We have a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains from our front window, so yes, it's quite lovely here too. I really enjoy the wide open skies of the west. I grew up on the East Coast and it was such a revelation to come out West. Love the wide open spaces out here! I've been to Oregon, and love it there too. There are such amazing rock formations along the coast. I imagine it is similar in Washington?

I think I'm getting a better idea of what I'm dealing with regarding my foot. I think the foot/knee thing is fibromas -- basically benign tumors. That's what my body scan tells me and it feels accurate. The pain in the other joints came on after upping the dosages on the Borax, so I'm pretty sure that's candida die-off. I found out yesterday that candida is notorious for hiding out in joints. I never knew that, but wow is it true for me.

And yes, I know I'm getting up there with how many drops I'm taking, and big thanks to Scott for his 7 day fridge method! Without that, I'd be hovering around the 5 drops/hr mark. The 7 day method really has helped me to get the dosage up quickly.

I was told that the name Walla Walla means, water water, because the native Indians found out that the whole valley
is criss-crossed by creeks and rivers.

I also lived on the East Coast, in Maryland for 36 years and considered it my second home, Brasil being where I was born
and lived until I got married.

Maryland can get pretty hot and muggy in the summer, and here as well where you are, we don't get the high humidity so
summers are way more pleasant isn't it?

I am also doing the 7 day fridge but somehow the nausea doesn't go away since I reached the 24 drops a day and yesterday
I had diarrhea also. I did activate for a full minute and stored in a 5 oz glass bottle with a plastic lid, did all according to Scott's instructions.

Your foot and knee must be painful, but joints can get even worse. My shoulder has been bothering a lot, even though it got
better after MMS.

Good Morning, Evanir! Hey I wanted to ask you if you are adding the hot water to the citric acid first and then adding that to the MMS drops? Then you close the lid right away and let it cool down, then put in fridge overnight? How long are you letting it activate? If you leave it in the fridge overnight, it has longer to mix together. If you're taking it sooner, maybe that's why you still have the nausea?

[edit: no longer using hot water to make this - room temperature water works just as well]

We had a little humidity this summer -- nothing like the East Coast can be, but who cares, humidity is awful, especially for an asthmatic. Talk about feeling like you're drowning in plain sight... Agg! Thankfully, we don't get too much here. I think I wouldn't mind it so much if we had air conditioning, but alas... we live in an old, refurbished farmhouse. Our "air conditioner" is three gigantic Cottonwood trees that surround and cover the house in shade during the summer. So far it's worked just fine, though we had some mighty high temps this summer, and for a much longer period of time than normal. Does it stay pretty moderate in Walla Walla Valley? I've only been through Maryland, but it sure is beautiful. I grew up in Mass and Conn., then moved to Albuquerque and never looked back :)

As for joint pain -- Oy -- the more I do the Borax, the more I hurt :pinch: but at least I know I'm getting that candida OUT...

KJ, I am doing exactly as you said, putting the hot water first in the CA then the MMS, then cooling it down and then fridge overnight.

[edit: no longer using hot water to make this - room temperature water works just as well]

I activated for a full minute.

Yesterday I did the shot glass method of CDS, let's see how I do, I am waiting 14 hours as Pam said. I don't have the strips though.

This summer it has been quite cool, usually in the 80's with 17 to 39% humidity. Very cool nights, even got down to 48 the other night.
The weather here is wonderful except the winter, lots of ice on the roads and dense fog most of the time for several months.
That's why we try to go to Florida and stay with my sister and husband for 2 to 3 months. She has a huge house and even rearranged
to give us an apartment. We get along really well, in the past they lived with us in Maryland for a couple of years. We have lots of fun.

I might have more candida than I realize, I wonder if I should d the Borax protocol, I have to read about on the other post. But does
the pain go away soon?
