molecular silver and MMS

hello,

I have a few questions, Can I take the MMS dose in the evening as oppose to the morning? Is it ok to take it in an empty stomach or how long should I wait before eating or after eating before Taking the MMs.

Also, where can I find a molecular silver supplier for the USA.

If you're taking MMS one time a day, you're not getting a whole lot of use out of it. (Am I understanding what you're saying, here?)

I would take it 4 times every hour a day in the morning but I was wondering if I can take it 4 times, every hour but in the afternoon, I dont know how to do it with food? I usually wait 30 minutes before or after eating to take it but I dont know if this is ok?

The protocol 1000 = 3 drops activated (MMS + Citric Acid) 8 times a day. I read Jim Humble's own archbishop should be taken 1 hour after taking food intake, to make use of activated drops of MMS.

thank you soo much, the question is since it is 8 hours right some one of those hours I would skip and then eat, take one hour after eaten an then again take another does, right? What I am trying to ask is it does not have to be 8 consecutive, I can skip one to eat and them continue.

just work your eating in - try not to eat at the same time you take your dose - but 30 minutes later is fine. You just don't want all the MMS going to deal with the food in your stomach -
Say: dose 6, eat 6:30, dose 7, dose 8, dose 9 dose 10 snack 10:30, dose 11, dose 12, eat 12:30, etc. until you have your 8 doses in. Hold off on vitamin c, vitamin c included, ascorbic acid included or coffee until 2 hrs after your last dose. Or, if you must have coffee in the morning, have your coffee at 6am, and start your dosing at 8am.

It's good to be aware of your schedule, but don't obsess about it.

Thanks a million pam, my concern is that, I have never been good with time... time passes me and I dont realized it. I started to use a timer.

I can tolerate 6-drops per hour over 8 hours. However, I have taken 4-5 doses hourly on an empty stamach and had watery diarrhea all day. So, I would suggest what Pam said about eating 30 minutes after a dose.

I haven't had loose bowel as I think I was being too careful with the dosage,
