I don't know if this is where this info goes, we are still getting complaints about Oceans Lab MMS vending site on the yahoo groups. Here are a couple recent posts.
I've ordered combo from oceans lab on december 8th 2011 never received the order nor I could get hold of anybody, they don't answer their phones or emails, a few days ago I had to call credit card company so I could get my money back.
Worst place to shop MMS.

Hello. I had the same problem with Oceans Lab. Placed an order of over $100 (to get the low ship rate) on Dec. 21st, and it took 6 weeks to arrive, even though I called and e-mailed them numerous times. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company since I had not received the product by the time that payment was due. 3 weeks later the product arrived, but by that time I had already ordered and received MMS from another supplier. When the product from Oceans Lab finally arrived I called them (and miraculously they answered the phone) and said they would not fight the credit card dispute and that I could have the MMS for free. Said they were slow getting orders out because they were moving from one location to another. So then last week I got a letter from my credit card company stating that since they have the USPS tracking info that I DID indeed receive the Oceans Lab shipment, they (the credit card company) have added the $100 charge back to my account. I have called Oceans Lab several times, but as usual, they do not answer their phone, their voice mails, or their e-mails. I expect I will have to pay the $100 after all, but I am done with Oceans Lab.
Also, I called my local health food store and asked if they sell MMS. They said they used to, but that this past year the FDA has placed SO many restrictions on how they can or can't sell MMS and what they can and can't say about it, that the store owner felt that stocking the product was too much of a legal risk to sell to customers, so they pulled it from their shelves. I am wondering if the FDA has been hassling Oceans Lab as well, since they are probably the largest MMS retailer out there.

Yes, I agree, Oceans Lab has terrible customer service. I ordered from them Feb. 5th and they immediately charged my card the next day. I actually got someone to answer the phone within the first couple of days to let them know that I had an urgent need to receive this product ASAP. They said they didn't have enough to fill my $100 order and that they could send me some now and the rest later. I declined that offer, not wanting to pay the extra shipping charges, trusting that they would be able to ship my full order by the following week as they promised me.
Over the next few weeks, I repeatedly called them, leaving messages and emailed them with no response at all. They simply vanished and their phones were no longer being answered. I canceled my order with them via email and phone message, then promptly disputed the charges with my credit card company. I have not received my money back to this day, nor have I heard back from anyone at Oceans Lab.
I also suspected maybe the FDA may have been involved and maybe Oceans Lab has been shut down like Project Green Life was. I don't know. What I do know is that everyone should steer clear of Oceans Lab.
