Part of the issue is that the protocals changed after JH found they were having better results with lower doses taken more often; since, MMS only stays in the bloodstream for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before breaking down to just oxygen and a tiny bit of sodium chloride (aka: salt.)
Understand that all of this is "a work in progress." No one has the millions that would be needed to do research things the way that big pharma (supposively) does. Not only does this stuff seem to work better than most stuff that big pharma puts out - with virtually no side-effects; but, it can't be patented / made profitable and can be made by anyone with commonly available substances. That's NOT a good combination for getting any kind of financial support for organized research. To make matters worse, such research is actively suppressed in most areas of the world. It's been around for long enough to know that it's safe and typically effective; but, we're limited to anecdotal research. Personally, I prefer anecdotal research over some "bought and paid for" report; but, it IS slower, even though it tends to be a lot more accurate in the end. Sometimes I feel frustrated, too; but, I have a several year background in alternative energy, which gives me a better understanding of the obstacles to progress than what I'd have without that. In both fields, we're upsetting the apple carts of some VERY rich and VERY powerful folks. It's a bit like we're "resistance fighters" in a war against those who see us as nothing more than consumers, to be used until we're used up. Even though it means "being my own lab rat," I prefer steering my own destiny. I'm just glad that there's as much access to information as what there is; and, that folks like JH are willing to take the risks he's taking to get us what we have to work with.
I wish I could give you more answers; but, as my nick implies, I'm "Still Learning;" and, probably will be for a very long time. I think that what I'd do in your situation would be to log what I'd taken, eaten, and/or drank (including times) and the doses I took, along with any results or lack of results. While doing this, I'd read everything I possibly can. My GUESS is that you'll find some interaction (possibly one that's so far not known), if you aren't getting any results.
