Chlorine, which is sodium hypochlorite, kills microorganisms, but it is harmful to the human body. Calcium hypochlorite, which when added to water contains hypochlorite, also kills microorganisms, but it is not harmful to the human body and does not contain the chemical 'chlorine'.

1st step
Purchase calcium hypochlorite from MMS suppliers:

Step 2
Buy some empty gels or herbal capsules
#1 or #0.
Step 3
Partially fill the capsules with the calcium hypochlorite granules. Do not try to refine the granules. Use the granules in that condition. Allow it to enter the capsules without pressing them down. Always
Start low with the amount added to the capsule and gradually increase your doses.
Fill in the larger side, then place the smaller side on top and make sure it clicks securely into place.
For #1 size capsules, start filling an 1/8 capsule.
Then slowly increase the amount over a few days until you reach the full size 1st capsule.
# For size 0 capsules, fill up to 1/16 part.
Increase the amount slowly over several days.
Step 4
Always take the MMS2 capsule every two hours. Always take the first MMS2 capsule with a drink, usually 2.5 dl of water.
When you start taking these capsules, start with one capsule at the lowest dose. Two hours later, take another capsule at the lowest dose.
Then, two hours later, on the third capsule, we increase the
Amount of MMS2 in the capsule and take it. After two hours, take the fourth capsule
With the amount of MMS2 placed in the third capsule. If there is no problem after taking 4 capsules, then continue to increase the amount of MMS2 in the capsules until you reach the maximum size.
If nausea or diarrhea occurs, reduce the amount of calcium hypochlorite for each capsule by 50%. When these symptoms stop, slowly increase to the recommended dosage.
It is important that you never take a dose consisting of one MMS2 capsule and DMSO at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
