I first learned of MMS through a Raw Vegan group I used to attend back in 2010, but never actually used MMS until nearly a week ago. I've had issues with Bacterial Vaginosis and HPV for many years as well as abnormally heavy periods (I had to change my napkin every hour). Within 2 hours of taking MMS1, my period started to slow down and it stopped after 3 days (normally it took a week or more for it to stop).

I'm very overweight so I'll be using MMS for a long time so I can finally get rid of all these health problems that have popped up over the past 7 years. I am in training to become a Law of Attraction Coach and feeling very positive about my health these days

I'm looking forward to hearing other people tell their experiences with MMS. The only issue I have with it is I'm quite...gassy and I urinate more than I ever have. I feel great otherwise.

I would think excess urination would be due to drinking water hourly, eight times per day! Not sure why you are gassy. You might also want to try using CDS in a douche. Douche Protocol Let us know your progress!

I've had issues with BV since the age of 14 and once I gained weight, it got even worse...to the point where if I didn't shower 3 times a day the odor was quite offensive (and I lost a boyfriend because of it). Now I don't smell at all and my acne is clearing up.

I still have pain in my left ankle and foot but nowhere near as bad as it was nearly a week ago. I hurt myself at the gym 2 months ago and stressed out my tendons. Plus due to repeated use of antibiotics, I believe my gut needs healing as well.

I used raw Apple Cider Vinegar at first (since it has both citric and acetic acids..plus I had no lemons on hand) but the die off literally had me sick for 2 days, so I had to reduce my dosages so I wouldn't be nauseous again. I plan on buying more MMS1 as well as DMSO because with Big Bully Pharma sneaking around, MMS may become very scarce.
