1) Breast cancer and particularly fibrocystic lumps (which huge numbers of women suffer from) is particularly linked to iodine deficiency. 2 drops of 12.5% Lugol's per day is a very worthy addition to all women's diets. Recently the medical profession has even openly acknowledged this.
2) The link between a diet without grains, nuts and seeds and disease-free health is now becoming mainstream and one that I personally agree with. However it is very important to remember that veggies, leaves and fruits are now so minerally depleted they are not enough to sustain health. Did you know that in 1935, our wonderful governments secretly acknowledged that the worlds' soils were so depleted it was no longer possible for a human being to receive adequate nutrition from either meat or vegetable sources?
So superfoods such as barleygrass, maca, celtic seasalt, cacao, goji, lucuma, acai, fulvic minerals and shinjilt are essential for daily intake. Did you know that barleygrass for example has all the essential amino acids contained in meat? These foods can substitute/supplement a raw food/vegan diet which would otherwise entail consuming literally gallons of veggie/fruit juices and plates of salads and in order to get the proper nutrition. Meanwhile, while there is nothing wrong with consuming fish, meat and dairy ... but the bacteria, multiple hormones and antibiotics (not to mention environmental toxins) contained within them makes them a dangerous and life-threatening major food source, long-term.
