Hi, Mary. Reynaud's:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raynaud%27s_phenomenon
I'm not familiar with Reynaud's, but it sounds like it's caused by poor circulation in the extremities. I too have reduced circulation in the hands particularly as they have both been injured. Just getting them cold brings on severe pain - similar to thawing out frostbite. I have found that either niacin or cayenne pepper will increase the circulation temporarily. Have you ever tried DMSO for inflammation?
The recommended usage of MMS is now 3 drops max per hour for 8 hrs/day or maintenance of ; 'a maintenance dose for any person over 60 should be about 6 drops a day, either in the morning or in the evening. Remember, no coffee, chocolate, carbonated drinks, orange juice, or any kind of juice with added vitamin C or ascorbic acid in it within a full hour of taking you maintenance dose.A maintenance dose for a younger person can be twice a week of 4 to 6 drops. This should keep you immune system working at top efficiency'.
I can't imagine that the MMS triggered your pain.
