I have now been on MMS for almost three weeks, protocol 1 (3 drops 8 times a day). In two days I have three full weeks behind me. The last blood test was five months ago, with VL 500.000+ and CD4 approx 110, both have gone worse since the previous test three months prior to that. I am not on medication.

In the beginning of the protocol I didn't feel any major nausea or headaches, actually the only side-effect I had was massive fatigue which usually hit after third or fourth dose on any given day. I didn't really slow down the process or reduce the amount of drops, instead I just tried to rest more.

It's said that the side effects should go away after first or second week and the energy should be back. The problem is that for me, the fatigue seems to get worse and I also have other irritating symptoms like skin itching a lot. I've tried to drink a lot, and not to eat between the drops except one meal during the afternoon to help with lack of energy and make sure the fatigue is not due to lack of food.

So - the question is, do you have similar experiences, and what should I do in this case? Does this indicate that...

- MMS is working, but slowly, and I should continue until the symptoms are gone?
- MMS is not working or it's causing me problems?
- MMS is working, and three weeks is enough for now?

Obviously I haven't done any lab testing yet, as Jim doesn't recommend it done at this point. In your experience, how long should I wait before the lab tests? (CD4 and VL)

I'm grateful for all answers.

Sankar

Hi Pam!

I guess I wanted to see if any changes happen with the protocol 1. Also, copy-pasting Jim Humble's text related to protocol with HIV:

"...On the other hand try to increase the amount of drops you are taking until you are taking 3 drops an hour, but do not go over 3 drops an hour. CONTINUE THIS UNTIL YOU ARE WELL."

Because of that statement, I wanted to ask here how long should I continue this protocol. On the other hand he writes in the same text:

"There is no point in using DMSO in this protocol or MMS2 unless some unusual problem is present or comes to light."

And therefore I thought that protocol 2 wasn't necessary, or at least I should ask experiences here before starting it.

What do you think Pam, which is better, continue with protocol 1 bit longer (how long?) or go to protocol 2 from here? I currently don't have capsules so I would have to find some first in case protocol 2 is needed.

Thank you!

Well, I consider HIV to be life-threatening - (if it's really real :) )

I'd guess that if you stay on 1000, it might be longer than 3 weeks.

OMGosh, it's EASY to make - Charlotte has done a lot of charts and continues to study, but to start, you can make a daily bottle of between 30 and 50ppm by taking a quart canning jar (you can purchase plastic tops for them in the canning department), filling it 3/4 full of distilled water, floating a small glass (try a shot glass, just be sure it doesn't hit the top) with 12 drops each of MMS and CA, put the lid on, put it in the cupboard for 12 hours and voila - at the end of 12 hours, your shot glass is removed - it's ingredients should be clear, and they're dumped. Fill the quart jar the rest of the way up with distilled water, and drink 1/4 a cup every hour for 8 hours.

This would be the protocol 1000.

You can make higher ppms with no problem. Charlotte's charts are at:

www.mmsinfo.org/infosheets/cds_making_shot_glass_method.pdf

Or, you can do it in a much quicker time using the heat method, but since the shotglass methods are so easy, I'd start there, if it were me.

Hello Sankar, I hope you're doing well.

Could you tell if you still are on MMS and how things are going?
