Hello,

Eat and stay strong, MMS or CDS will not die and will be digested if not eating foods with Vitamin C or High Antioxidants. It is preferred people eat with MMS2. No "rusting" occurs when eating food. Yes it may be slightly better to take a CDS or MMS dose on an empty stomach however within 15min I would eat to stay strong. However most of my customers eat all day long while taking their MMS/CDS/DMSO with no issues and are defeating their problems. I even eat my meals with my CDS drink beside my plate. As long as your food does not interfere with Chlorine Dioxide it will work. People who are told not to eat while taking MMS or CDS practically starve, or have stomach problems, more bathroom episodes, nausea, ect....the people who eat and eat right have no issues.

Yes, Milk is not a great idea, it does not digest well with MMS or CDS and especially milks high in antioxidants are not a good idea. Jim Humble does say antioxidants are fine 1-2 hours before or after a dose, but this is usually when people are on maintaining their body's. Jim Humble or anyone else helping someone from dying cant be missing a bunch of doses per day because of what they eat. The point is to get as many doses in per day to knock out the problem as quick as possible so you can get back to eating and living exactly what you want and how you want.

Basically the best way to do a protocol is from Morning to Night - Your Drink is either MMS or CDS or Water. Thats it!!! Knock it out and do it fast. Prolonging the protocol is ok for some but me personally would want to get rid of my problem in 3-6 weeks instead of 3-6 months or longer because I want to drink or eat this or that. No insult to MMS but I want it in and out, I want to be on a protocol and get it done fast, I dont want to be on it 6 months later saying "I'm getting better" like so many.... when I could of been done.

Take Care,

John

Hi John,

Thanks for answering one of my questions. Now what about the precise mixing time for your hour 1 and 2 protocol? mms and citric acid have to be mixed for 20 sec before adding the DMSO, right? Then how long do you mix the DMSO with mms and citric acid or is there no more mixing time and you just add it with the 4 oz of water? What about hour 2? The CDs/DMSO? Mixing time?

If I can't have metal (for sport bottles), touching DMSO, then is my only alternative plastic sport bottles? I guess that is the only option companies make. Isn't plastic bad in contact with DMSO?

One more question, rice milk is not high in antioxidants, right? I ask this because I like a milk alternative with my cereal.

I realized that I have one more question. Is it harmful to use the same dropper for both hour 1 and 2 procedure, as long as you make sure the dropper is empty but not washed. I actually have two droppers, one for hour 1 (mms/citric acid and DMSO) and the other for hour 2 procedure (CDS/DMSO). Do I need to have 4individual droppers? For the mms, the citric acid, DMSO, and the CDS?

Thanks so much! I'll wait for your answers!

Blessed, I learned from John that you can eat while taking mms and DMSO. If you can eat 15 min before or after taking doses that would be better but not necessary. There is no rusting occurring. Read his long post under my topic, supplement calcium and magnesium during John's protocol on June 10th.
Be well,
Grateful

I read somewhere that you could take any supplements as long as you waited 2hours before beginning the daily doses. I've been taking my supplements in the morning, including vitamin c, then begin my protocol 2 hours later. Am I ok doing this or did someone give bad advise?

Dear John,

I still need to hear from you about my other questions. Could you check out my letter from June 10th please. By the way, the mms/ citric acid/ DMSO external treatment on the spine (behind neck and lower back area) kills! I am really trying to deal with it. I wait 15 min with 20 drops of mms and citric acid because 30 drops and up to 30 min was very hard to do! The minimum is still very hard as well! I feel like I am burning up! I literally am. Is it normal for the skin to get so red like a sun burn and swell up all over! If I dilute the treatment, then it will take longer to kill the HSV virus you said so I don't want that. I just wish there was an easier way. :-(

I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks!
