OK, this is what my friend took -

Pills are Heart Gems from Gematria Products, Inc. Website: www.gematria.com/
I started taking them about 11 years ago. Originally 14 pills a day until this past year. Now I take 5/day.

Although all her lupus is gone, she states that it took years to happen -

Do remember, Lupus is an autoimmune disorder - MMS supports the immune system - but it really only "kills" pathogens and heavy metals. It also helps with inflammation - once you get the immune system supported, you will frequently find that autoimmune issues clear up.
