Hi Lilac, Michael,
As Scarlet was on a regimen of 8 drops/day of MMS1 when she developed her current condition, I think it's important to consider the possibility that the MMS can have contributed to what's going on now in some way.
That's a VERY large dose for a cat, particularly for over a year. As it was ongoing when the condition developed, it would seem that it certainly did not prevent it.
If it were my cat, I would go with MMS2, which I don't think needs to be in large doses to be effective. For a cat, in my estimation the 500 ml of peppermint tea represents perhaps 90 to 100 optimal doses for a cat, so if you can give her 5 ml every two hours that might be fully effective. This would correspond to about a #3 capsule (about 1/2 of a #0 cap) of MMS2, which is the dose I generally recommend for a 180 pound person.
The "hemp oil" is concentrated medical marijuana extract.
Another thing to consider is that Scarlet probably needs some kind of concentrated nutrition. The lack of this is probably contributing to her decline.
