Sky is a vegetarian who has made it work very well for her - but there are all kinds of variables to be considered (neither good nor bad, I'm not making a judgment here) - I have another friend who has been a vegetarian for over 20 years and didn't realize until just recently that his depression might be tryptophan related. Or the lack of it. You may want to contact Sky via pm about her techniques and so on.
