New here-my progress so far..... was created by juju
Greetings!
I actually posted last week, about 6 posts, in the section about teeth and gums. I think it was the 27th of August that I went to the dentist due to a molar that I had just noticed was loose. The dentist said I had advanced gum disease, periodontitis, and the tooth which was loose would have to be pulled, and I would need extreme surgery to rescue my gums, etc....SCARY! I did not let him pull the tooth, but said I needed a month. I practically sprinted out of the dentist office!
A friend told me about mms. I bought a new electric toothbrush/water pic, which I began to use a few days later. I began the protocol 1000, starting on Aug.28th. I began with one drop of activated mms every hour for 10 hours. Now I am up to 3 drops/hour for 10 hours. I started to gargle/water pic with 10 drops of activated mms, with 20 drops DMSO, afterwards I would rince with water. I do the gargling and water pic every two hours. I have had no problems with diarrhea, or nausea.
In addition, I ordered xylitol, which I brush my teeth with, and gargle with every two hours-after the mms gargle. At the end of the 10 hours, I then wait 3 hours to take 1/2 teaspoon baking soda with 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid mixed with 200 ml of water, which I then drink. I have done this for the last 4 days. Since yesterday, I added oil-pulling to this regime, which I do once a day, mornings, for 20 minutes.
So far, truthfully, I have not noticed any change. I do not have an abscessed tooth, it is just loose. I read a lot on this site, and am learning quite a bit. I will give my tooth time to tighten up again. I believe Archbishop Humble wrote it takes about two weeks for the tooth to become "rock-solid" again. Does anyone have any experience with loose teeth? I have other health issues, too. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, arthritis in the knees and back, retinal tears, and bradycardia. So, maybe mms will help these conditions, too.
I will keep you all up to date. I hope I can save my tooth!

Hi!
Check this out. Maybe it will help you. I have been doing this and it is healing (filling in) a cavity on the entire side of a tooth. If you try it you may want to use the cinnamon flavored oil. I did some research on it and most folks preferred it. Surprisingly, it is not bad tasting like you think it would be. Just get it down and don't swish it around your mouth. I usually take a bit of some toast or something right away afterwards and not a bit of trouble.

It is easy to make your own Ghee (clarified butter). You do want quality butter from the health food store though.
All the best to you!

Horsefeathers, I went and read the article, which I found fascinating. She says to go to her resources page for the capsules and fermented oil, but none of her links work, and also, her contact page doesn't have a contact link to tell her. Frustrating. Would love to find where to get the butter capsules and the fermented oil. I'm guessing the butter capsules one would have to make themselves, but the fermented oil should be an order product.

Juju, you may want to check out the Borax article here on the forum too -- it's supposed to be really good for arthritis.
To make Ghee: slowly melt 1 lb. of unsalted organic butter and let it simmer over very low heat for about 30 minutes. The ghee is the lovely golden liquid at the top and the thick white stuff at the bottom is basically cholesterol. Strain off the thick white cholesterol. Some people use cheesecloth for this but I've found it easier to skim any little debris off the top with a spoon and then carefully pour the ghee into its own glass jar. The white stuff is heavier and will sit at the bottom. You have to be careful when the ghee is almost out, as the more solid white stuff will start to flow out with the ghee if you go too fast. Put a lid on your ghee jar and no need to refrigerate! It will consolidate to the consistency of room temp butter. As long as you don't get the ghee wet (with a damp spoon, for example), according to Ayurveda, it will only get stronger and better with age.

The butter capsules are clarified butter, aka Ghee. Easy to make yourself and simply use as butter. Here is her link for a how to video.

Thank you for the information. I will start investigating. I live in Germany, and I believe one can not get borax here. I am open to learning!

It seems that once people get into reading here and trying MMS if you have noticed they have not come back to let us know how they are doing.. sSome were very interesting yes. some were new asking and some that have been on it. IT is so good to see new people wanting to get better? Where are all these people now? I won't give up. I will try just about anything at this point. but have to take it very slow. Good luck to all of you in your journey to wellness

Sorry for not writing again. I wanted a little time to go by, to see if any improvement.....
It is now two weeks since I went to the dentist, and he wanted to pull my upper back, left molar due to it being loose which is a result of advanced gum disease. I have been doing the following: first thing in the morning I do oil-pulling for 20 minutes. I began this one week ago. Then I begin taking the activated mms, every hour for 10 hours. I am up to 4 drops of activated mms per hour, which I drink in 100 ml of water, with a 200 ml water-chaser. I have not experienced any negative effects from taking mms internally. Believe it or not, I can totally deal with the taste. It is no big deal. Every two hours I water-pic my teeth and gums with 10 drops of activated mms in 100 ml of water, and add 20 drops of pure 99% DMSO to the water. I can not brush the affected tooth, even now after 2 weeks, because it is too painful. Every two hours I gurgle with xylitol water, which I have dissolved about 1 tablespoon of xylitol. In the evening, after waiting 3 hours, I take 1 tablespoon of ascorbic acid with 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda. I have not seen ANY change for the better. My tooth is still loose. I won't give up yet. So, there you have it. I keep saying as a mantra, "rock- solid teeth".

Juju,
Try packing some wet Calcium Bentonite Clay around the tooth at night, before you go to bed, and leave it on ALL night.
The clay has a drawing power, and will pull blood to that area to heal it, as well as disinfect it.
It's worth a try and very cheap to do.
