Neti pots are really nifty things. I got mine from the health food store, but you can get it from Amazon. They look like this:



Mine holds a cup of water (I use it slightly warmed) and I use a small amount of Himalayan salt in mine, well dissolved. I actually make one batch up and pour it through a nostril (there's videos out there of how to do it - you sort of lean forward and tip your head to the side so it goes in one nostril and out the other) - then I make a second cup up for the other side. You could do it with one pot, I just couldn't figure out how to measure 1/2 a cup when I'm pouring :lol: You could add an activated drop of MMS to it, if you like - Good thing!

HI all, Is it OK to gargle with MMS1 protocol, will that help with exposed nerve in the gums?

Pastlife I use the same solution to gargle and swirl as to brush (I pour it on the brush rather than swirl the brush around in the glass) - I do it for 20-30 secs and spit out. Have you seen Jim Humble's video on how to treat and abscessed tooth? I pretty much follow the video.
