I don't think that caffeine or vitamin C affect the effectiveness of MMS2.

However, speaking as a coffee addict - If I'm trying to heal any condition in my body I definitely want to "try" to take a break from coffee. I don't know about other people, but I don't recover from colds, for instance, when I keep drinking the stuff.

MMMMM!

Hi lavender blue
welcome to the forum, which I have only recently joined myself. like you I have also done the DVD course at home. I don't know who is in Australia but I am in New Zealand and not as far as California. But in fact with this forum in place it doesn't matter really. I have used MMS on myself for a few years now, I started when the protocols were still getting you to take up to 15 drops at the time. Ooohhhh my goodness, I am so pleased things have changed. I am now carefully trying to introduce others to it but it is not that easy, people are very sceptical, prefer to do as the doctor tells them. But I keep at it whenever I can and it is amazing to find out, once you take notice, how many people suffer with illness.
By the way, I start my day with a good coffee and have never given that up.

Hi there,

I've been on the forum for quite a while, but haven't been very active lately. Glad there's someone 'nearby' geographically speaking!
Yes, I love a good coffee first thing in the morning too.... It's a sort of ritual, I think, more than anything, but it's a nice one, and one a day doesn't seem so bad.
Yes, I started too when the protocol was 15 drops at a time, I got up to 11, that was it! So glad it's different now, but it is hard to remember every hour, they roll around pretty quick!
I have had a lot of success with MMS on myself and my partner has too, and yes, I do find that a lot of people just don't 'get' it, when it could really save them a lot of health issues. I have recently been asked to help a person who is very ill, has bowel cancer which has spread to his liver and small intestine, has had a bowel bypass (I guess that's what they call it, has an illiosomy bag) and to top it all off has a stomach ulcer. I have started him on 1 drop per hour for 10 hours a day, and see how he goes. He is due to start chemo this week, so I will find out how that effects him as well. My personal feeling is that it's probably going to be difficult for him to get enough MMS into his system in time, but we can only try. I will slowly get the drops up as he can handle it, but he is pretty wiped out most of the time, and I don't want to push him too hard. I find, as you probably have, that if people aren't very ill, they are more skeptical than if they are suffering a lot. I guess it all comes down to how much appreciation we can muster at the time.

Anyway, good to hear from you. I'm interested in hearing of any successes or interesting cases, so drop me a line if you feel like it.

Good luck,

LB

Hello ,

I'm also new to the forum . This is my first post.

I've been on MMS 1 for just over 2 weeks now , I'm awaiting delivery of MMS 2 and also DMSO as part of Protocol 2000.

From what I've read ,I should not be drinking tea or coffeee during my 10 daily doses of MMS 1? only 2 hours before or after.

Sorry to labor this point but I want to get it right

I believe if you are on any detox or wellness program coffee and black tea are not advisable if you want your body to heal fast.

Why don't you have a couple of vodkas an hour or 2 before taking MMS, it wont effect the MMS working but it will slow down the pace of your healing.

Doctors always say you should drink a lot of water with your coffee, I know we have coffee addicts, cappuccino and cafe lattes are supposed to be better as they have lots of milk, coffee dehydrates you and also raises blood pressure among other things, as for tea always read about using green teas for wellness rather than black teas....

Personally I dont drink coffee it dries me up, if I drink alot of black coffee I lose appetite and feel sick, I would use a strong coffee to stop a runny stomach, than on the other hand the coffee addicts need their coffee to stop going cold turkey with headaches and bad moods without their coffee, so probably as the Buddhists believe everything within moderation cannot be bad for you:huh:

Thanks,

David

I am very relieved to learn this information.

I was misinformed by the people from whom I acquired my MMS bottles. They warned me against taking any vitamin C *AT ALL* while using MMS... meaning, don't even take it on the same day as a dose of activated MMS.

Since I'm heavy into nutritional supplementation, this pleases me to no end that I can now actually do both my vitamin/mineral routine AND MMS on the same day, as long as they are separated by a few hours.

MULTI VITAMINS, MINERALS and NUTRIENTS 28 Sep 2011 04:24 #5791

My personal opinion is that vitamins, minerals and nutrients play a very, very important role in our healths and are lacking in most cases even in some our best diets, whatever you eat does include all these things to what our bodies really require on a daily basis, but even for a young teenager growing up and fit and healthy I would strongly recommend extra multinvitamins and multiminerals and nutrients on a daily basis to help the immune system stay healthy and strong.

A third to half a glass of B- 12 SEA WATER OCEAN PLASMA mixed with water every morning is probably a great idea.

With out these vital vitamins, minerals and nutrients our bodies cannot absorb all the goodness from our otherwise healthy diets.

Thanks,

David
