I am cutting the meat out for a while, as the tumors on my liver are hurting from the Thanksgiving dinner.

Our manager from this building, went to her daughters in laws for Thanksgiving, and the whole bunch got food poisoning. She is better, it is her first day back on the job.

Have a great one, and keep posting.

Bless U all,

Betty

evanir, I have a question?

When, I increase taking the drops of MM a day, I tend to get constipated. Strange as less I get the opposite. My friend Dan has the same problem.

Thank you

Betty

Betty,

I also felt a slight change. Before taking MMS, because I tend towards irritable bowel, I would have several BMs a day,
now with MMS or CDS it has decreased considerably, sometimes constipated unless I do a few things that describe below.

In my opinion, it could be a decrease in pathogens in the intestines, which were the culprit for more
BMs. Once they die and we don't have very good flora, constipations sets in. It is just my theory, but
I am not sure. Taking probiotics should help, but until we get rid of parasites it is not recommended
simply because probiotics will be feeding the parasites.

Did you read all the information about the parasite protocol that several people are doing? it is
posted here, a program that Andreas Kalcker put together. I am traveling now for 2
months and will start only in the spring. It is not hard to follow, but I need to stay home to do it consistently.
I started but had to interrupt for now.

What you could use for constipation and you know this already, would be psyllium husks, or ground up flax seed, also green smoothies
really help. I use one apple with some greens like kale, celery, chard. Having a Vitamix helps because it makes it
super smooth, not gritty and the apple gives a very good flavor.

I also think that Diatomaceous Earth helps to loosen up the bowels to an extent, I don't know if this happens to everybody.

I hope these ideas help!

Megg are you still using the food grade peroxide therapy? I was wondering, as I wanted to know just how you are using it.

Thanks,

Betty

I have green smoothies most every morning for my breakfast.

Wishing you the best in your travels.

I asked my friend Dan about using the Peroxide therapy w/this program, like Megg is doing or was, and he didn't think that doing the two at one time was good, but didn't know for sure.

Blessing

Betty

I think Megg was primarily interested in using it in her nebulizer, not internally.
