Hi I'm new and I need help!

I'm a 65 year old male with some health issues. I started taking MMS in this fashion. One drop of MMS and five drops of citric solution with 7-8 oz of water, diarrhea from day one! Twice a day or more, am I moving dead things out or something else?
Did this for two weeks, no change?

Hi

thanks for you post. I experienced something similar when I started. The MMS is probably clearing out a lot of toxins from your body, that have built up and that will take some time. There is no rush here, what we want to do is to continue taking some MMS daily to allow it to continue to dislodge and flush out toxins, without there being too much diarrhea.

A little diarrhea is not a bad thing, as it is the bodies way sometimes of removing toxins rapidly. But if your diarrhea is continuous or daily, then this is a sign that maybe you should either lessen your MMS dose or lessen the amount of does you take daily. Since you were only using one drop of MMS. I would suggest having one one dose of MMS a day. That is one drop of MMS and 5 drops 10% citric acid solution, wait 3 minutes and then add 7-8 ounces of water and drink. Do this for a week, and you might seen that the diarrhea might lessen or improve a bit. If it does, then by week 2, you can increase by taking 2 drops of MMS instead of one. With time, you might be able to slowly increase dosage and frequency depending on your body's reactions.

Know that a little diarrhea is not a bad thing. We need to pace our MMS usage so that we don't go too fast, otherwise we might get herx reactions, and then decide to stop taking it!

Jim Humble always says to start low and go slow. If you are making your daily dose up in a 32 oz container, you can make up a dose of 1/2 a drop an hour, (4 drops activated for 8 doses) or even 1/4 of a drop an hour (2 drops activated for 8 doses). It is much better to take it on a continuing basis over the 8 hour period than to do a single dose once a day. Kerri Rivera starts her autistic children on 1 drop of MMS activated that is taken over the 8 hours, in hourly doses.

Jim Humble also says that although a herx reaction like diarrhea shows that the MMS is working, it can be taxing to the body, so to drop down low enough where you don't have diarrhea or nausea.

There are a couple of other thoughts, too. Some people have an allergy to citric acid - how are you with lemon juice or lime juice? does lemonade cause a problem? If that's the case, you might consider going to CDS - it has no citric acid. Or you might consider using 1/2 the amount of (50%) citric acid to activate, and allowing it to activate for 2 minutes or so - that will use up more of the citric acid. Let it darken to a very dark yellow almost to light brown color.

There are lots of options out there for you. However, you will respond best if you follow Jim Humble's suggestions.

Hi Again and thanks for the comments. I USE ONLY ONE DROP of MMS and five drops of Citric liquid ONLY ONCE A Day the entire time, two weeks so far. Diarrhea hasn't stopped yet. Further suggestions?

Thanks

Specky, there is a video out there of part of the autism protocol. Kerri Rivera did it. Maybe someone will provide the link.

She takes a baby bottle (which is marked for 8 ounces) and fills it with distilled water to the 8 oz mark. Then she activates 1 drop of MMS, (do that in a separate shot glass or shooter glass) - once it's activated (if you're using lemon juice, that's 5 drops, for 3 minutes) she added some of her water from the baby bottle to the shot glass, and then added the whole thing back to the baby bottle. She capped it (without the nipple - most baby bottles can be purchased with a round plastic insert that allows you to screw down the cap), and the dose is 1 oz every hour for 8 hours. This is 1/8 a drop an hour. You can also use a PET medical syrup bottle. I've gotten some free from some drug stores - I always offer to pay. The syrup bottles are nice because they're usually marked by ounces. If you can get a 16 oz one, you can use that, only a dose then would be 2 oz, not 1 oz. Or anything that is marked so that you can dose it out to 1/8 a drop an hour. Do this a couple of days, and then do 2 drops in the 8 oz bottle. This would be 1/4 of a drop an hour. Stay there for a couple of days. Then go to 3 drops in the 8 oz bottle - this works out to more than 1/4 of a drop, but less than 1/2 of a drop per hour.

Be sure not to use metal.

This is as slow as slow can go. You may be so toxic that you need to go this slowly. That's OK. The best thing is to do the hourly dose, spreading it out.

If you are still having problems, I would strongly consider going to CDS. But try this first. Keep the bottle out of UV light -

Chlorine Dioxide Solution - it's a relatively new formulation that we've been working with since around last October or November. Chlorine Dioxide is a gas, produced when you mix the MMS and Citric Acid. With CDS, you force that gas into distilled water, leaving behind any residual articles of Sodium Citrate, other sodium compounds (after all, SC is only 80% of the flakes, there is another 20% of various things, usually sodium compounds) and citric acid. So, when you take CDS, you're taking the straight gas. It smells really strong, but it doesn't taste strong. The end result is that you can take more CDS without adverse reactions, if you're reacting to the citric acid or the other parts of the SC. And CDS works - we're still finding out what the best dosage is, and where it's most effective (just as we found that MMS2 is REALLY good for prostate cancer) -

Here is the youtube link for Kerri's baby bottle protocol
baby bottle with 8 doses. You need to get a plug to put in place of the nipple in the baby bottle so that it is air tight. I've been using this and it works good for the hourly dosing.
