Specky, there is a video out there of part of the autism protocol. Kerri Rivera did it. Maybe someone will provide the link.
She takes a baby bottle (which is marked for 8 ounces) and fills it with distilled water to the 8 oz mark. Then she activates 1 drop of MMS, (do that in a separate shot glass or shooter glass) - once it's activated (if you're using lemon juice, that's 5 drops, for 3 minutes) she added some of her water from the baby bottle to the shot glass, and then added the whole thing back to the baby bottle. She capped it (without the nipple - most baby bottles can be purchased with a round plastic insert that allows you to screw down the cap), and the dose is 1 oz every hour for 8 hours. This is 1/8 a drop an hour. You can also use a PET medical syrup bottle. I've gotten some free from some drug stores - I always offer to pay. The syrup bottles are nice because they're usually marked by ounces. If you can get a 16 oz one, you can use that, only a dose then would be 2 oz, not 1 oz. Or anything that is marked so that you can dose it out to 1/8 a drop an hour. Do this a couple of days, and then do 2 drops in the 8 oz bottle. This would be 1/4 of a drop an hour. Stay there for a couple of days. Then go to 3 drops in the 8 oz bottle - this works out to more than 1/4 of a drop, but less than 1/2 of a drop per hour.
Be sure not to use metal.
This is as slow as slow can go. You may be so toxic that you need to go this slowly. That's OK. The best thing is to do the hourly dose, spreading it out.
If you are still having problems, I would strongly consider going to CDS. But try this first. Keep the bottle out of UV light -
