My other contact info is on my website, so direct people there who want to contact me. I have put an MMS information page on my website as well.

I've been a Minister for 2 years and despite sending photos twice when they asked for it for the ID and bugging them repeatedly, I never received an ID card - finally I just gave up. I do have a certificate of completion of the course but I would like to get my ID card.

I am now a Bishop and but the file in which I kept my certificates disappeared so I lost my church number.
