For me...I am on protocal 1000, eating 1-2 times per day + having a supplement/meal replacement drink 2 times per day, so I am getting enough nourishment, drinking 16 oz, 3-5 glasses daily and my mms source is cds I purchased and the mms I make myself.

I take both the mms and cds, not at the same time, I do the mms mostly in the day and the cds at night, it's eaiser on the stomach. I will try to up the water and see if it helps.

xquisitor, you may be getting "enough water" for a normal person, but not enough for MMS - try adding more and see what happens - please keep us posted.
