Hi Stephen. I just weighed 90 cc ( 3 floz) at 37 grams and 90 cc of water weighs 90 grams for a total of 127 grams. 37/127x100 = 29% instead of 50%. But not to worry, I expect that your body fluid acid will have activated the rest of the mms.
A little less than twice as much dry powder would be nearly correct, but weighing is the most accurate.
Here's an example of an inexpensive scale good to 5 kg = 11# :

www.ebay.ca/itm/5kg-5000g-1g-Digital-Kitchen-Food-Diet-Postal-Scale-/330609619673?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4cf9de72d9

The potency is in the mms, which you took correctly but being short on the activator may cause a variation in your body pH.

FIWW, What I have been told is that citric acid and water are so close in weight that you can use the volume measurement (as long as the citric acid is pressed down) -

Arch Bishop Jim goes by weight. He goes to great lengths to describe how to weigh without a scale by floating containers on water to the same depth to get equal weights.

Weight is the gold standard - and always will be. However, with citric acid the weight of water and weight of CA powder is so close that you can do a volume - as long as you pack the CA (sort of like measuring brown sugar, pack it into the cup)
