[Hi This is Lin again. I wanted to let it be known that I ultimately had great success with
mms. I had to combine it with a special diet.
I had an opportunity to see a doctor a couple months into this experience. He did blood
work that diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis.
It was a very extreme experience at first. It came on me quite suddenly. There was a lot
of pain. I was very weak. I could barely stand up or walk. And I was really scared.
After a couple months with mms most of that was minimized. I could get around, drive, etc.
That's when I saw a doctor.
My biggest blessing was speaking with Geoff Norrena who answers questions on the phone about how to use the products sold at A2ZHealthProducts.com. He told me what kind of diet I should be doing. And he talked me through the whole thing. God bless him forever and ever.
Geoff explained that there was probably a fungus or yeast or something in my intestines
that was contributing to this. And certain foods feed that fungus and cause it to
multiply. The mms was effectively keeping fungus or whatever down.
Here is a great video that I found that helps me to understand how this works:

It took about six months to really get better. In addition to mms I took a lot of vitamins
and good minerals and Barleans cod liver oil for months.
Before this happened, I ate primarily rice and beans, dairy, peanut butter, coffee and
rarely anything with sugar. I ended up eliminating all dairy except butter, sugar, all
grains, beans, most fruit, and peanut butter. I probably could have eaten rice, but
didn't.
I was doing 6 drops of mms, 4 times a day. I had it premixed in a bottle with water.
Now I'm taking 6 drops a day, and I'm sticking with the diet for the most part. I like it.
I sincerely hope that my experience can be helpful to someone suffering with rheumatoid
arthritis.
There is no really no need to take pain pills or drugs for pain or flexibility with RA.
Mms eliminates the pain.
As I recall the pain was greatly diminished immediately. And then it took a couple
weeks to diminish even more. Now I only have a little stiffness the next day when I eat
certain foods.
I watched my hands go from looking very swollen and strange to normal in just weeks.
My mobility returned very slowly. At first I could barely flip a light switch or open a
door turning the handle with both hands. That much came back in days.
It took me about a year to be able to kneel confidently and with ease.
It took 2 years to be able to fasten my bra behind my back. Sounds funny, but that was a
significant victory.
Now, when I'm sitting on the couch and I just stand up easily without pain or effort, I
think about what an amazing grace it is to be able to do that.
I am very grateful to God and everyone who has made this possible for me, including Jim
Humble and the good people, who keep this forum going.
Thank you so much.

Hi Lin and thanks for sharing your great testimonial with us here on the forum.

If you have a few minutes, could you also post your testimonial where even more people can know about your success with MMS?
