I am new to MMS. Actually have not tried it yet. I just saw Dr. Humble's video interview and was intrigued. I've been learning a lot about baking soda, and apple cider vinegar actually.. but this is the first on MMS in any depth. Sodium chlorite? I'm not sure where to begin. I am into organic. I believe a lot of our physical problems come from what is our food supply to begin with..chemicals, hormones, antibiotics. I've been taking vitamins for many years..off of asthma and arthritis meds. I believe MMS will be a nice addition it seems. Nice to meet you all. :)

Just wanted to mention, I have a website, not sure if I'm allowed to post it..but, if so, this is it..I don't 'sell' anything actually. It's just my experience, and links and references I've come across and added for others to go to. If anyone wanted to visit..and comment if you cared to . I was looking into publishing, but I didn't realize I'd have to pay them for it:). I'm adding Dr. Humble's interview on it as a link as well. This is it: gethealthybehappy.weebly.com

Last edit: by crystbear. Reason: To add my website..just wondering if I could. Thank you very much

Hello, I used mms 3 or 4 years ago, just to learn about it. I didn't really have any health challenges at the time, but I thought I could use it as a kind of parasite cleanse. I noticed that I stopped grinding my teeth after using it. Last year I had extreme muscle stiffness to the point where I could hardly walk and would seem to pull muscles even rolling over in bed. I used diet, EFT, supplements, chiropractic adjustments, flower essences, MAP, some energy work that is hard to define, Qigong, and meditation, bionic footbaths and chelates, master cleanser, Hulda Clark liver flushes (6) and am mostly better, a little over a year from when it started. I am now taking MMS for a cold and to see if it might help the residual stiffness in my shoulders. Also, I stopped eating wheat. I would like to get the metal fillings I have removed, so if anyone knows an affordable and competent dentist, even in Mexico, please let me know.

When I was having so much pain, people kept asking me if I had a diagnosis, but I never went to that kind of doctor. I didn't want to pay someone to make guesses and experiment on me. I could make my own guesses, and in any case, the treatments to support the body would have been the same.

I am very concerned about the hold that the pharmaceutical companies and companies like Monsanto and Halliburton (fracking) have on people. I think most people in America are slaves, and I think the genesis II church idea is brilliant. I would like to be part of that movement. Currently, I m a teacher at a very progressive school.

Welcome, crystbear and Mareike - glad to have you here! I think you will find more information as you read the various forums and posts.

crystbear, I'm pretty organic myself - I try to limit my food to organic as best as possible in my little town of 5,000. At least Safeway and even WalMart carry a limited selection of organic fruits and vegetables. The thing I like about the MMS is the way it works - it is an oxidizer - but it's potential is so low that it doesn't oxidize healthy tissues - only pathogens. And once the pathogens are decreased or removed, then the body's own immune system can take over.

Thank you for the suggestion. Of the things mentioned in the thought for skeptics thread, I have been using only coconut oil. I have been using "real salt" but not specifically Himalayan. What is the drink? I have used a tablespoon of salt in a quart of warm water as a kind of flush, and I can get that down no problem. How mush potassium salt? At the same time or different? I appreciate your help.

Himalayan salt has 84 trace elements and the body will use them all. One can use up to 2-3 tea spoons daily + 0.05mcg of salt pottasium sulphate. I used 1 1/2 t/spoons h/salt for a few days with salt potsium/sulphate then changed to fine grade salt in shaker and used it liberally to taste on my meals to taste and for pottasium I bought ALSO SALT in a shaker and use them both on a meal.

Prior Post was....
I used to ache in the morning and would get very stiff in the muscles. I felt like an old man. A big effort to get up if I was sitting on the floor. I finally learnt my red blood cells were pretty dirty. To fix the problem I used Himalayn salt and Pottasium salt. Himalayn salt enters the red blood cell and cleans inside the cell, like what a washing machine does
to cloths. Next, the pottasium enters and removes all dirty washing process.Pottasium MUST be used.It took 1 week. I was quite shocked when I found that it was something like this that was causing the aches and stiffness. It must not be table salt as this has only 3 trace elements and h/salt has 92 trace elements. Processed table salt should never be eaten. Its rubbish. I use Fine Himalayan Salt liberly on my food and pottasium salt called "Also Salt".But one can also take 1 tissue salt daily instead of also salt.

Welcome to the forum crystbear and Mareike.

crystbear - you are so on the right track, just keep it up, and take the plunge with MMS as you won't regret it ever. It is an amazing compound and I regularly give grace and thanks to Jim for bringing the knowledge out to the world.

We don't need doctors to solve many of typical problems today. Being smart and wise in studying basics of health and nutrition - is all the people of the world need. The lesson for me to be free was to stop being lazy and scared and to help myself.

I am currently just studying the calamities caused by root canal treatments by dentists - and therein lays another whole nightmare of illnesses caused by greed and bad advice! I will post on this elsewhere soon.

Hi Pam..thank you! Glad to meet someone else into organic too. When you mentioned 'immune system, I also, actually have hypothyroidism, I just found out recently, most of these years. I'm doing better since going organic, but, I am thinking I may try MMS for detoxing as well now..that sounds like a good idea.
