I want to use CDS in my ears. I have problems with constant itching and drainage coming out of my ears and it makes me itch my ears so much that the ear canal gets sore. It seems to flare in early mornings 4am-9am if I am asleep it disrupts my sleep. It was doing fine but several days before starting CDS it flared up and has gotten a wee bit worse during the 8 days I have been on CDS. I guess all the buggers are running for shelter in my ears.

As far as drops here are my questions:

1. how many ml and how much water for my ear drop mix?
2. how many drops 1-2 drops in my ears or do I fill the canal?
3. how long should drops sit in my ear before I turn and let it drain?
4. will 1x per day be sufficient?

Kyra, from his book, JH states:

Ear ache – For an ear ache, put four drops in half a glass of water. Lie on your side, fill ear with liquid and pull on it to get liquid to the bottom.

I also have the training course here, and he gives the same advice (half a glass of water is 4 oz) - I don't see anything about timing of how long to keep it in the ear until you turn over to the other side. Yes, you're trying to get as much MMS as possible into the ear - I would give it a couple of minutes before doing the other side.

Using CDS - if you have a 3000ppm/L prep, then just put one mL into the water.

If 1x a day is all you can do, do that. If you're home, you can do it more often - say 2 or 3x a day. If you're having an actual earache, I would do it hourly until the ache is gone.
