I have diabetes, amongst other things and crave like mad! I mostly crave bread and am hungry, constantly. I am hardly eating anything at the moment, its sooo hard!Maybe because I have started taking my mms again today, after a couple of days break, but my blood sugar levels are all over the place,so maybe my diabetes is playing tricks, like the other issues like candida,as they hate the mms, especially if my diabetes is caused by inflammation!

best wishes sharon

Thats ok that your housemate is private, great weight loss, nearly as much as I need to lose! Sorry about the loss of your father.

I expect as I've started the mms again, that I will have another rash within days, but the vaseline helps a lot!I hope the mms helps yours,as doctors fees are rediculous, all that money and for what!

I had a lot of junk food as a kid,not takeaway food, but sweets and cakes etc and "quick" foods like fried egg and chips, whatever was easiest for my mum,as she had so much to deal with.Because of the abuse from my dad,I ate silly amounts of sugary foods to "punish" myself for being the person my dad always called me,stupid, useless, pointless etc and I guess, because my dad was also violent,my mum didnt stick up for me or defend me,so maybe made up for it by taking me to the doctors for the slightest thing and hence the appalling amounts of antibiotics! I was ill,a lot,I was a very sickly child, but I am positive I had thyroid disease at a young age that could have kick started a lot of issues. My mum also used to take me to the dentist regularly and to make money, the dentist always said I needed fillings and they were all the dreaded amalgam. The first 7 he put in,I had a reaction too,so had 7 absesses in my mouth, this was about the age of 7 and had to have ALL 7 teeth out, good job they were my milk teeth! It didnt stop him repeatedly giving me amalgam fillings!Maybe another trigger to my problems?

My experience has meant that my kids have only had antibiotics when absolutely necessary,I would rather let nature take its course,or use something natural and neither of my kids have 1 single filling of any kind!

I'll keep trying with the mms and hope it doesnt get too bad,I guess if it does,I could decrease my dose? Thanks Pam!

best wishes sharon

Yes - always keep the level just below that which makes you uncomfortable. So if you have a reaction, cut back. You've got it!

Take care!
