My 61 year old husband tried the protocol 1000 for 5 weeks and it didn't help at all with his high blood pressure. Would protocol 4000 help with this? We have ordered those expensive heart drops from Healthy Hearts Club because he's desperate to get those numbers down. His weight is perfect. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi Mickey,

Here is a list of recommendations I got when I asked for advice on high blood pressure. Includes a couple testimonials here on the forum too.

www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/medicine/blood-pressure.htm blood pressure chart, good.

genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=12&id=10690&Itemid=66#10691

i have been using mms for 1 week and my bloodpressure went from 155/110 to 128/86. first time in about a year of having it at a high level to being at a normal range! have other health problems but i am very impressed!!!

My husband had the same success with blood pressure after having struggled with it for 10 years! Not even medication could bring it down!

genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=20&id=4557&limit=6&limitstart=6&Itemid=66

BTW, my brother has been on blood thinners for several years, and recently started using DMSO for muscle pain/arthritis, and discovered that he could reduce the blood thinners by about 50% as his blood pressure dropped unexpectedly because of the DMSO.

Usually 2 bayer asprin will lower BP fairly quickly.Bayer crystal asprin is quickest.
My BP is sometimes higher than that , over 200,I'm 69yrs

My mother (she was 86) was on 10mg Norvask for about 40 years.
When I started her on MMS, 3 drops at 9:00am and 3 drops at 10:00am every morning and sometimes 3 drops before bedtime too, I had to cut the Norvask to 5mg in 2 months, 2.5mg in 3 months, 1mg in 4 months and completely OFF Norvask in about 5 months. Her blood pressure was then 110/70 for over a year, Norvask free!
I was doing that for her COPD condition, which worked miracles!, so reducing her high blood pressure was a (good) side effect :)
I also gave her fulvic acid and Diatomaceous Earth twice a day, so that together with the MMS probably did the trick.
Not to mention that she was also completely OFF Spiriva, Singulair, Claritin, and a cholesterol pill which I forgot the name.

Hope this helps!,
-Karl

Karl, which brand of fulvic acid did you use? can you provide a link?
Thanks!

Hi Pam,

I've been using this: www.optimallyorganic.com/Fulvic.htm ( the X350 )
And the Diatomaceous Earth I get it here: wolfcreekranch.net/diatomaceous_earth.html

I invite everyone to listen to this audio conference ( WARNING: It's over 2 1/2 hours long! ) www.box.com/shared/ya56c4btgr/2/33266866/646937305
This was on March 1 of this year, and the host is Owen Schaffer, and I learned A LOT of information which is priceless!
He talks about MMS, Diatomaceous Earth, Fulvic/Humic acids, and other things that are really a treasure for life.

Other conferences are archived here: www.box.com/shared/ya56c4btgr

Magnesium malate. It needs to be taken separate from calcium. If you take too much magnesium is a laxative and it can cause magnesium deficiency. A 200 pound person should work up to around 800 mg daily.

Magnesium will relax the blood vessel walls and the blood pressure will drop.
Tom
I would try magnesium chloride topically, cover a large part of the body for maximum absorption, or a good magnesium tablet, like an orotate. I use Solaray.

Also when my husbands BP goes up, he takes the mag and goes on the tread mill for circulation, and within minutes has a drop in the numbers.........

Mag. relaxes the vessels.

We use gingko for a blood thinner, and hawthorn is excellent for keeping the heart strong.
Bonnie

potassium and magnesium deficiency causes high blood pressure.

william here ...

I have had experience with this ...POSITIVE I may ad!

Blood pressure is controlled by [OR, in the absence thereof] the renal glands that sit atop the kidneys.

The pathology of them is affected by parasites that invade the renals. The renal gland functuon is determined by the health of those glands and they are directly affected by the presence of parasites that get into and affect the well being/health of those Renal glands.

The simple 'fix" is a kidney cleanse. The total program takes six weeks but it will ameliorate quickly and generate the fix more quickly as it tends to "go away" a little at atime after a few weeks.

warm regards,'
Wm

i have good results with vitamin c once daily with apple cider vinegar three times daily mix one tablespoon with a glass of water daily plus mms2 during bed time...

My husband's blood pressure totally normalized after a couple of weeks on MMS (Protocol 1000).
He struggled with it for years and even medication was not able to bring it down. There were only two things that he has been doing recently: MMS and apricot seeds. Whether it is one or the other or combination I can't say with certainty, but have a feeling it is MMS.

A fresh veggie juice fast of 3 days has always done it for me and many acquaintances in the natural health movement, amazingly effective and immediate. No coffee, tea or smoking of course.(hard to do but necessary)...A juicing book by Norman Walker would be great too.
For a permanent change a two week stay Optimum Health Institute of San Diego is what I would do.

I don't know if this will help this man but 2 years ago I had very high blood pressure which caused a nose bleed 180/120 wow!! I was taking bp meds and hated that thought. I went to my chirporactor and he thoroughly adjusted me and low and behold my blood pressure went down. I went back for one more treatment and it kept it down until last month. I had a nose bleed and decided to check my blood pressure again 180/102. So I went to get another adjustment and down the blood pressure came. No more meds. I was out of alignment big time. I wonder how many people are on bp meds and only need to be adjusted by a chiropractor. Maybe not all but some.

Dissolve several teaspoons of cocoa in a cup of hot water and drink it down. The cocoa immediately dilates blood vessels and reduces the pressure. Diane

I had someone once tell me this, “the top number is related to potassium. Bottom number is related to fats/ magnesium.”

good advice i used to take high blood pressure pills till i added the two as supplements. the doctor took me off of the pills in about 3 months.

I am 70 and my BP is 110/80 and always has been... I really don't think that pharma skewed this number. Lower you BP by taking two heaping tablespoons of MSM twice a day... email me for the protocol. All I ask is that you let me know how it works.

Just read that garlic reduces blood pressure

This latest study revealed that whey protein has a normalizing effect on blood pressure levels, reducing levels significantly in those at risk of hypertension. This may be due to whey’s impact on nitric oxide production, as nitric oxide helps your vessels maintain their elasticity and its suppression leads to increases in blood pressure.

This benefit extends not only to those with, or at risk of, high blood pressure; it’s important to maintain healthy blood pressure levels too.

One recent study found, for instance, that supplementation with the whey-derived peptide NOP-47 had a positive impact on vascular function in healthy people. Blood flow in the arm improved by 2.7 percent per minute following whey protein supplementation, but did not change for those in the control group who took a placebo.

I've also attached a great pdf from the US Dairy Export Council regarding Whey Protein. I also have some great information on my web site. www.wheynaturalusa.com .

Greg

My Mom who turned 87 last week has been on the whey protein and prior was having problems with her blood pressure. Since she has been on the whey protein for less than a month now, not only has her blood pressure regulated, but also her blood sugar. I personally know it's beneficial as my blood pressure is perfect and I'm 64. I was under tremendous stress for the past year and my doctor was concerned. My blood pressure was running a little high prior to getting on the product.

Michael,
Thanks so much for putting all this information together for me! I very much appreciate your doing this. Now, I will pass this all over to my hubby so he can go through it all and decide what his next move will be. :-)
Will post what worked if he ever discovers it.

Excellent list of referals there Michael!

I have had similar successes with elderly folk suffering from high BP. Both reported relief and new energy after two weeks of MMS1 using it twice a day only.

Now they are converts. :P

Drink alkaline water, switch to organic food and clean the toxins from the body. We can also do colon therapy for cleansing toxins from the intestinal tract. Salt - either Himalayan Crystal (contains 84 minerals) or Celtic Salt (contains 72 minerals) - I take 1/2 to 1 tsp
and mix with quality water until dissolved and drink. This forces minerals into the cells, pushes out acids. These salts reduce sugar cravings. Never us common table salt which is chemically enriched. Prepare foods with coconut oil and non-industrialized.

Important Update;

My husband has been having very high blood pressure for a couple of years now and has been trying many natural remedies to control or solve the problem including trying MMS1 for 6 weeks but to no avail. The product that worked for his HBP and worked within ONE WEEK, is "Carditone". He takes one pill in the morning and one in the evening and his blood pressure has gone from 195/110 right down to 128/78!! We are so thrilled with this news, we just had to share it with you all! :-) As you know, HBP is a fast killer, so it's nothing to fool around with. Here's where you can get it and read the great reviews;
www.amazon.com/Ayush-Herbs-Carditone-60t/dp/B000S0CVDQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1335195122&sr=8-1

I'm still using MMS2 trying to get my morning fasting glucose numbers down to the normal range as I am pre-diabetic. Been doing it for five months now and so far it doesn't seem to be helping. Will give it the full year that J.H. says it can take.

I am so grateful for this site! :-)

Thanks, Mickey. This is great information to have. MMS is a wonderful thing, but it doesn't work for all things, for all people. (particularly, say, if the HBP is caused by something other than an inflammatory process caused by pathogens). I so do NOT want to go on BP meds - this is on my to order list!

I also suffered from hypertension.

I did not want to use allopathic medications.

The Healthy Hearts Clubs heart drops I did also use.
Although I'm sure they did some good, somewhere, they never dropped my blood pressure whatsoever.

What did it for me was something called "Mukta Vati". Its an Indian (Ayuveda) herbal pill.
It took about 10 days it to work, and then it completely normalised my blood pressure and heart rate.

It did the very same thing for my father.

I took it for about a year. When I quit the Mukta Vati, my heart rate increased slightly again, but my blood pressure remained low.

You can get Mukta Vati from India pretty cheaply. Some of them offer free shipping.
Just Google "Mukta Vati".
I used the "Divya" brand. Not that I think it matters.

Pam,
I'm sure you will be very surprised at how fast and well that Carditone does work! Would love to see you post your results with it later on. :-)

Neilson,
Thanks so much for your input. I will look into it should it work out to be even less expensive. :-) The Carditone is an India (also Ayuveda) herbal concoction. I'm beginning to think I need to give India alternative medicine a try! :-) They are an old culture after all, probably a whole lot wiser than our culture for sure. :-) Some are able to be maintained on only one Carditone a day which would bring the monthly cost down to around $12.
