BTW, don't throw out the citric acid. At some point you may want to try making CDS, and you'll need it for that. CDS doesn't have citric acid in it, but citric acid is used to create that gas that becomes CDS.

Pam:

236 ml CDS Solution
8 fl.oz. CDS Shipped Frozen
Model: 1100

Above is the sum total of the only info on Keavys (that's where I got it). It's in a plain while plastic bottle (not even a label) and there is no other info on the site. By the time I got it, it was almost warm. There are no categories for product info on the site that I see. Guess I'll have to email or call. I didn't realize there was a variance in strengths when I ordered and the ppm should have been stated in the product description.

I'm not throwing anything out. I can still use the MMS for room freshener and maybe for skin. I'll try it but I'm not clear on the per dose amt of baking soda and I don't want to mix up a bunch if I will end up tossing the rest.

Keavey's sends out 3000ppm/L - Steve is working with Jim and Michael Harrah to get this standardized, so that's how I know. Your dosing is going to be 1mL CDS=3drops of mms1. Not to worry, Steve is a reputable dealer.

Let me go back and read your earlier msg to see if there's something else I should answer. This should cover it. Do you have something you can use to measure the 1mL? (should be plastic, not metal) -

Thanks Pam. He replied to my email tonight. Said his labels were not sticking so he had some better ones on order but left the label out of my box by mistake. He told me 3000 ppm also. Yes, I read your earlier post about the syringes and picked one up that is 1-5 ml (no needle).

Now, all that is left is that I am assuming I add about 4 oz of water, swirl and wait 20 seconds and chug it? Is that right?

Also I would like to know if you are increasing drops or say you want to go to a higher protocol is there anything different to do or just follow the same protocols as MMS?

I really appreciate your patience and help, Pam. I am anxious to get started.

Add it to water and you don't have to wait at all - the smell will be strong, but the taste will be practically not there.

I tend to follow the traditional protocols - but if you want to do more drops (and cancer and life-threatening disease people do go higher) - you can do it just remembering that 1mL of CDS equals to 3 drops of MMS1, activated. With the syringe barrel, you can do 1.3mL for a 4 drop equivalent, etc.

I'm extending my dosing period, IOW, doing more than 3 weeks - and am being careful to take my supplements starting a couple of hours after the last CDS dose. I'm also doing a sulphur/molasses "tonic" just before bed.

Pat:

Thanks. I assume 4 oz of water to 1 ml CDS then. Do you add water if you add drops or just stay with the 4 oz?

Ut-oh! New monkey wrench! Supplements? First I've heard about taking them with the CDS. Is this required, needed or recommended? If so where can I find info about it? Or is this just something you do for yourself? Why after the last dose of CDS at night?

Forget sulphur - I am deadly allergic to it! Shuts my kidneys down! Can't do the molasses either. I'm off sugar for now.

Pam can you share what supplements you are using and why, also what is the sulphur/molasses tonic? I'm not much for taking "pills" of any kind on a regular basis, but I know our food supply is devoid of much of what we do need, so I would be willing to start a regime of supplements.

Thanks for any reply.

Cricket, I had gastric bypass surgery in 2002, so in some respects, I have to supplement more than most people - There are about 7 things that the body no longer can get from food because that part of the body is by passed, so although the body will compensate somewhat, it's good to provide extra of those.

If you've got an intact digestive system, I would suggest a regular multi vit/mineral - Take a sublingual b12 - see if you can get a d3 - I take a dry d3, and take a fairly high amount, but my needs are greater because of the bypass. It needs to be taken away from A, so it should be taken away from the multi vit/min. I usually take it when I wake up in the middle of the night <G>. I don't know what your iron is, but if it's low there are several ways to get more. I take a chewable with extra vit C.

The molasses/sulphur is a candida cure. I got it from healingHope on the humble_mms forum on yahoo groups. I have suspected all along that I had something like candida, or candida itself. Have been doing it just a couple of days and won't describe what I saw in the toilet yesterday, but it was definitely something I had never seen before.

Lyndee, 4 oz of water is a pretty standard dose - You take water with either activated MMS or with CDS,

The thing to remember about supplements - I'm not saying any are required, but if you do them, they need to be taken away from your MMS or CDS by at least 2 hours. That's all.

Don't worry about the molasses/sulphur stuff, it's for something else entirely!
