So far so good....Five hours into it.

I do feel I am able to breathe through my nose much better. It's easier to take a breath through my nose...How cool. And the gook running down my throat isn't as dense...

I can't wait to get the DMSO.

And to share all my experience with fam and friends.

Yay!

And...I must say it is interesting how the kitty's are choosing the CDS bowl of water instead of the plain bowl ;)

I have been using 1ml to 4 oz. Distilled water taking a dose every hour for 8 hours per day.

My first day on CDS was yesterday. I became extremely tired last evening, so i slept a lot. I think, though, that I read that if this happens you should pull back a little on dosage. So, today I am pulling back to see if I don't get as tired.

I think i am a little impatient. I want to be healed ASAP! :blush: :)

I am experiencing a headache today, but I have an issue where I don't know if it is because of the CDS or because my medications were taken later than usual this morning, which is another reason I am taking CDS; to get off all the crap medications I am on. I also experience lung congestion all the time.

Another reason is for my 3 kitty's. 2 of which are around 15 or 16...I hope to see if they become more clear-eyed and rambunctious. My 3rd kitty is only about 1 year old, but he is larger than my largest old man kitty. :) I just want them to be healthy and with me for as long as possible.

Well I am off now because I need to get ready to go out to eat with my Dad and Step-Mom......I need to figure out, because I don't have all of my supplies yet, how to carry my two or three hour doses. Oh yes...I will be telling them about MMS/CDS...:lol:

I went to the pharmacy and asked to purchase a 16 oz plastic syrup bottle - they're amber, and PET, plus they're marked off in 1 oz markings. When I know I'm going to be out and about, I'll make my doses and put them in this bottle, and just drink a dose hourly. I have a child's padded lunchbox that I put a "cold-keeper" into, and stick the bottle in that.

Today will be day 3 on CDS. I slept in so I will be starting my regimen a little later today, but....

One huge thing I noticed is that when i wake up i don't have to run to the bathroom. I still wake up in the middle of the night and even then, i don't have to run to the bathroom. Less anxiety.

The sores in my mouth are better :) , but not gone yet.

It was also not so hard to get out of bed this morning (with my hip and knee in excruciating pain).

Is this all in my head, or does CDS work this quickly?? If it works this quickly; what is it that it is killing in me to make these changes?

Cds eliminates parasites quickly! Parasites and pollutants are the cause of all dis-ease. Elimination of metals takes a little longer. Consider maintenance doses forever - 2 ml/day.

I am experiencing very uncomfortable constipation on CDS. I had to quit taking it for a day and am not quite sure I want to continue if I become so constipated.

any ideas?

What is the rest of your diet like? Also, are you getting enough water?
