I tested some antioxi. like Selenium, Lutein... and many others more general like liver cod oil, DHA oil, flax seed oil, pumpkin seed oil. Herbs like Fo-ti, eyebright, elder, gotu-kola... cinnamon with honey, garlic, cayene pepper, turmeric...
And that has an effect more pronounced and almost instantaneous in my personal case is: SOD, super oxide dismutase (2000 units or +)
I am taking Black Seed oil (Curcumin) I like this oil because it is multipurpose. There is one other anti-oxidant that is supposed to be even more powerful and that is glutathione. When I get rich again I'm going to try it too.
