Hello all. Much gratitude for finding this product and this forum.
I am not sure if I should start a protocol and which one. I am very weak right now, feeling an infection developing in my ear and throat right now. I am weak with inflammation and probably too much acid in my body. I just moved and spent a month in my car and hotels. I suffer from a herniated disc and sciatica and feel total exhaustion. I had diahreah for 2 days and could barely eat.
But I also have HIV and went off my meds a month ago. I did about 7 ozone steam sessions and also was taking Asea for a couple of months. I wasn’t sure if you could do all of these together and had a hard time getting answers. I’ve eased up on the Asea because sometimes that causes diahreah for me, which I here is good for cleansing.
I’ve been doing a lot of spiritual work and also feel I do not need HIV in my life any longer.
If I wait to start the protocol when I’m stronger I feel I may be putting myself in danger. I do not want to go back on meds.
Perhaps I should just work on the ear for now with solution. Would love advice, support and your comments on what may be best. Much gratitude for any comments. Thank you, CatZee
