B11 is Salicylic acid and not folic acid.... However Folic Acid is B9.

Some people can't metabolize the common B12, even from foods, like myself. I take a B12 cap supplement called Methylcobalamin. So if you're one of those people, no matter how much B12 you get injected or otherwise, it does not work. A waste of money. Also folic acid you find added into flour and bread does more harm. Know you folic acid as well.
