I was just about to buy it from a UK supplier apcpure.com/product/calcium-hypochlorite-65-granular/ but I just wanted to check that I am getting the right thing as it says specifically on the tub "harmful if swallowed" Any help would be appreciated.

I, personally, wouldn't purchase CH from a "chemical supply house".

What you want is as pure of CH as you can find.
I don't know if they make "food grade", or not.

Where I get mine they say it is "78% calcium hypochlorite".

The link you provided says "65%".

I don't know what the difference is.
What constitutes the other percentage?

I have been vegan for 5 1/2 years and have been eating McVegan (love that word) for a couple of months, though not as strictly as I should.

It's under MMS Products in the menu.

I use Discover MMS/WPS (name change).
There are example images of what I get. (white jar)

They are behind a protective portal because the GubMint is after people and
especially "businesses", so you have to pay $10 for a Lifetime Membership
to join their 'club'.
They are who I get all of my products from MMS-wise.
