My opinion after working with ClO2 in industrial water treatment for most of my life- I doubt you are getting much out of the MMS with that much C in your system other than destroying all of the good antioxidants that you take.  However, taking it in the morning is probably your least bad option, and 5 drops is a pretty strong dose.  MMS doesn't hang around long at all.  It does it's thing and then breaks down very quickly into Oxygen and Chloride.  Of course the O2 is very beneficial.  Unfortunately, instead of oxidizing/destroying bad players, it is oxidizing/destroying your anti-oxidants instead (and vice-versa).

When I take my month long protocol, I cease taking all anti-oxidants to really let the MMS work making the stubborn bad bacteria, yeast, parasites, and cancer cells drink it as well as destroying glyphosate, oxidizing heavy metals, etc. for removal from my system.

Once I am done with my protocol, I swing back to mostly anti-oxidants and usually double them up knowing that I am quite deficient in them after a month of taking the opposite of anti-oxidant.
