I took a dose of CD Chlorine Dioxide
DOSING as follows:

2x drops of CD (2x activator and 2x NaCl etc)
left it for 45 seconds until it turned dark yellow
added water (around 8oz) (a normal sized glass/cup)
then I added two drops of DMSO and stirred it well.

I drank this and then I ate some toast and eggs about 10-15 minutes after drinking the CD mix.

I then got a stomach ache,

Is this normal and would anyone give me some advice about how I am taking Chlorine Dioxide MMS?

Thank you guys!!

You may want to work your way up to the 2 drop dose more slowly.  The initial startup goes slow with only 1/4 drop/hr working up to 3 drops/hour over the course of a week.  Once your stomach is used to it, you can do it more quickly.  Read Jim's book- it really explains it well, and it works.  Several people and pets in my family have done it this way with little to no discomfort.  Even after several cycles with it, we start at 1/2 drop/hour and get up to 3 drops/hour over 4 days.

Also, I recommend getting most of your eating done before first dose and after last dose.  Food, especially anti-oxidant, glyphosate, etc. can really inhibit the efficacy of the CD in your system.

DMSO is a great addition to the protocol, but work your way up with that also.

Thank You ButterBreath

yes I think it was because I ate straight after the dose of CD which I now realise you should have no food for 1 hour before and 2 hours after a does of CD.

what kind of diet do you reccomend?

It's probably a simple Herxheimer Reaction.
You didn't say what activator you are using.
HCl is the "cleanest". Citric Acid is not as good, imo.
HCl doesn't usually create "dark yellow" unless it's higher drops.
More water is fine, but every hour it can be a lot. You only need to use 4 oz / 1/2 cup.

I always suggest a McVegan Dietary Lifestyle, as much as possible.
Even if it's only temporary until you achieve Health Restoration.
More information on my website, link below.

At least one hour before starting and one hour after 8-hour dosing is best,
but you can do 1/2 hour for lunch or snacks.

And you should check out Jim Humble's book.
Pretty much everything you need to know is in there.
