In the MMS Health Recovery Guide Book in Ch 7 of my Kindle version Jim mentions a protocol for Aches and Pains.

Does anyone have an understanding of the mechanism of how MMS1 applied externally and followed with DMSO actually works as he writes "Continue with the HRP until the pains are gone"

I have some aches and pains caused by scar tissue in muscles from old injuries that perhaps many hours of painful deep tissue massage might help to break up the adhesions and restore the full use of the muscle. I am just wondering how MMS can do this.

Thanks

Hello Rocinante, apart from the effect of MMS1 removing pathogens from the body, there's not much explanation about how MMS1 works.
But the advice of Jim Humble "Continue with the HRP until the pains are gone" seems to be the way to find out IF or THAT MMS1 works.
(The 3 capitals HRP mean Health Recovery Plan). It seems that following the instructions in the Protocol for Aches and Pains and see
what happens is just what the doctor orders. The aches and pains from scar tissue of old injuries can take more time to be released, so that
patience might be needed. I've got no experience with this issue, this is my suggestion only.

Although MMS might help with aches and pains, depending on the source / reason,
the DMSO will generally help with aches and pains because it is an anti-inflammatory.

For tendons, joints, and bones, causing aches and pains, here's a recommendation to use gelatin from agar agar. The name for this ingredient prepared as a food product, is kanten. As I said before, I've got no experience with joint pain. When I feel my knees hurting a bit in the evening after a long bike ride, I always use Arnica cream to rub on my knees and the next morning all is fine again. Originally, Arnica cream is used for bruises, releasing the blood that is causing the bruise, taking the pressure off plus shortening the time of healing. It's also helpful to ingest Arnica as a homoeopathic remedy before surgery and continue for a while after the surgery. It's a trauma-healing remedy on a physical level when tissue is affected due to surgery or a concussion. In the latter case, consciousness is quickly restored. The brain function benefits from Arnica treatment, by 1 kernel of a C30 potency under the tongue.
