HELP!! Is this normal? After watching a 2 hour video on MMS, we bought Jim Humble’s book and gave it a go. I am 48. Hubby is 62. Both of us are in good health, in general. According to the book, people who weren’t necessarily ill but wanted to try, reported back with having more energy, vitality, etc. We worked our way through the starting procedure to Protocol 1000. Once we hit the 3 drops hourly, he was doing okay but I had diarrhea and nausea. So, as per the book, I cut back to 50%, back up again and determined I could only tolerate 2 drops. That’s fine, the idea is to not let the MMS treatment make you sicker than your illness. As there wasn’t an illness, I cut back. Hubby did okay for a few more days then ended up with massive coughing fits and a sinus infection. We added cough protocol, which helped, but still cut back the MMS1 as well. Well, we never made it 21 days cuz we both ended up with sinus infections and myself an ear infection. We are both miserable! I want this to work. I’ve been sharing with friends and family, telling them to read the book. Now I’m dismayed.

Ouch!! I don’t no what will cure you but I can tell you what I do for relief, I’ve have sinus troubles most of my life from breathing dust, Take a wash rag and soak it in real hot water and roll it up and lay it across the bridge of your nose covering both eyes, might take a few applications.

Could it be just a coincidence that you happen to take MMS1 just before you got something else like the flu?

MMS1 has been known to "knock loose" stuff that is protected and so it will feel like you are getting a flu or some such and just need to keep on with the MMS1.
3 drops isn't the 'goal'. If you can't tolerate it, do what you can, everyone is different. People have been healed of cancer on 1 drop.

Obviously if you keep on getting worse then stop, but cut way back and take it from there.

You just reminded me of something that happened to me years ago. And this makes me think that your experience was simply your body getting rid of toxins that have been circulating for decades. If you have not given your body any help to rid itself of toxins before using MMS, then perhaps that is more likely.

For me, many years ago I started supplementing with MSM which is a form of organic sulfur called methylsulfonylmethane. Most of us go through life without enough organic sulfur and there is hardly any in the food chain. But when your body gets enough it makes your cells more able to absorb nutrients and get rid of toxins. I took barely a grain of sands worth of the stuff but I came down with flu symptoms, fever, chesty cough and I almost had to call in sick to work. When I supplemented with Lugols iodine, this also got rid of toxic halides that were in the receptor sites (instead of iodine). But by the time I got round to using MMS, I'd been using iodine and organic sulfur for decades, as well as other things that helped remove toxins from the body.

So the question is, were you doing anything previously to help rid the body of toxins? If not, then MMS will have much more to deal with.

It always got much worse with the change of season, but now I don't need to take medication. I need to keep taking MMS, but I am much better. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
