Hi I have been taking MMS for around a week. 3 drops of Sodium Chlorite and 3 drops of activator around 3 - 4 times a day, is this enough, or would I need to take more for it to have an effect?
I have had lots of phlegm on my chest for months and not seeing much of an improvement as of yet, although I do feel better in myself.
Also is it safe to make into a spray to spray onto some recurring spots/boils I get on my scalp?
