"Do you rinse the vegetables after beeing soaked in CLO2 water?" Not necessary. Rinsing with tap water could add pathogens. Soaking in CLO2 water just removed any pathogens from your tap water and veggies!

I began the protocol 1000 MMS1 (citric acid) on yesterday with 1-2 drops.
On today, I started with 2 drops, then 3 drops.
Since the 3 drops intake, I have stomach pain or belly pain and diarrhea, is it convenient to go back with 2 drops, right ?
With 2 drops I only had diarrhea.
Is this a side effect of citric acid or this is about a herx reaction ?

I've just stopped the protocol 1000 for now.
I took a little teaspoon of ascorbic acid to stop the side effect.
I felt extremely cold, belly pain, I felt like I wanted to vomit, diarrhea.
I think I will postpone this protocol.

I don't recall if you began taking MMS1 by first following the Starting Procedure. If you didn't do that protocol before following P1000, then I suggest you do so. You need to SLOWLY increase dosing. DON'T begin taking MMS1 with 1 drop doses unless you have completed the starting procedure FIRST!!!

Obviously, you are overdosing and/or citric acid is not for you. Get some 4% HCL and start again. AND follow the starting procedure FIRST. AND, follow the Three Golden Rules.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I started the SP before beginning the Protocol 1000.
I even started with 1/8 drop the SP.

On the first day of Protocol 1000, I took the first two hours, 1 drop every hour then, I go with 2 drops until the end of the day. Only side effect was diarrhea.
On the second day of P1000, I took the first two hours, 2 drops 2 times then I go with 3 drops that I took 3 times before all the negative side effects coming. Then, I reduce to 2 drops and 1 drop, but it doesn't change anything about all the negative effects I explained in the previous message.
I followed thoroughly yours and Jim Humble recommendation.

YOU ARE OVERDOSING!!! You are increasing hourly dosage way to fast.

Try 1 drop MMS1 doses hourly for 5 days. If no problems, then up the hourly dosage to 2 drops for another 5 days.

About your latest message, are you talking about the SP or the Protocol 1000 ?
If you are talking about the SP, I started the SP for 5 days from 1/8 to 1 drop at the fifth day and all this progressively. On the second day, 1/4 drop, the third day 1/2 drop until the last day with one drop.
If your recommendation was about the P1000, ok, I will do it with 1 drop MMS1 hourly for 5 days, then 2 drops for another 5 days.
I plan to begin on tomorrow, could you confirm that I can begin with P1000 again and not with SP ?

Yes, I am talking about P1000, and higher protocols.

I'm in the third week with Protocol 1000 and today, I was extremely tired I couldn't even stand up, with dizziness and headache.
All of these symptoms, I got earlier in the morning until now.
PS: I'm taking 2 drops every hours, I couldn't go further with 3 drops.
Do I have to stop or to reduce to 1 drop for this latest week ?
