Hi,
I'm on day 3 of the starting procedure for MMS1 and am experiencing a sore throat. Is this normal when starting to take MMS?
Many thanks

Could be a coincidence. Today I have a minor sore throat and I am taking CDS to see if it kills any pathogens that might be causing it.
Let us know if your sore throat continues as you take MMS1.

I am experiencing this at the moment too.
In fact I am thinking, a sore throat is caused by pathogens, but on the other side, if our symptoms are brought on by a herxheimer reaction, doesn't that mean taken more MMS could possibly make the sore throat worse?
I am at a loss for this one because I currently have a sore throat, but unsure whether I should skip the MMS today until the herxheimer reaction wears off, or take some to help the sore throat.

Yeah hard to know what to do Mike... maybe lessening the dosage.
Update on my situation: I have now come down with a cold/flu so the sore throat could have been linked to that. Carrying on with MMS 1 protocol. Will keep this thread updated

Update: so it seems the sore throat was due to the cold/flu I came down with. I haven't had a sore throat from drinking MMS since that one day.
With regards to the cold/flu, the MMS didn't clear it up immediately but have to say that I got well much more quickly than usual. A cold/ flu that normally would hang around for a week or so was gone in 2/3 days.
The protocol 1000 I was doing didn't seem to touch it though so I did a 'mega dose' of 6 drops twice a day and that seemed to make the difference (even though it tastes terrible)

The next time you get a cold or flu, try this protocol:
Protocol 115 for Viruses
You will see that the idea is the same as what you did by taking 6 drop doses of MMS1 twice a day. The included study in the protocol explains how it works.
If you are using 50% citric acid to make MMS1, that would be the reason for the terrible taste. If you add to each MMS1 dose about 5 drops of SweetLeaf brand SweetDrops, SteviaClear flavor (actually, no added flavoring), that will improve the taste and this stevia will not reduce CLO2 content.
To ward off colds and flu, take liposomal Vitamin-C daily. If you want to make your own liposomal Vitamin-C, there are recipes on my website that I use and the internet has many recipes and methods, too.
