Hello all
I have a few very small polyps in the narrow canal that connects my lower sinus areas to my left upper frontal sinus (above left eye).
This is not a problem for me day to day, in fact it is unnoticeable. However I am a diver and when I dive deep underwater and the air inside my sinuses shrink, these small polyps cause a problem.
I can not push air from the nasal septum through the narrow canal up into the frontal sinus to equalize the increasing pressure on decent.
This results in severe pain and potential barotrauma to the left frontal sinus.
I did a 3 week Protocol 1000 which got rid of mucus and infection in the frontal sinus. The ENT specialist told me that although the infection seems to have gone, the polyps are still present, causing an obstruction.
Surgical removal is an expensive option. I have been given a topical anti-inflammatory corticosteroid spray which can reduce the polyps and has allowed me to equalize and dive sometimes.
However I want to eradicate them.
I heard from a friend that I can try snorting MMS to get it topically onto the sinus polyps. I plan to drop the MMS solution into my nasal cavity and hang upside down to get it as far into the frontal sinus as possible.
My questions:
- Can MMS reduce or eradicate sinus polyps? Has anyone got rid of them with MMS?
- What ratio of activated MMS to water should a snorting solution be? 10 drops to 1 oz water? Please advise.
- Can I snort MMS as well as using the anti-inflammatory corticosteroid spray every 12 hours? (Mometazone furoate monohydrate)
