Hello,

I think I need some help with my pathology:

(Officialy) phisician diagnosed me Crohn disease, but their medication was effective only for some months.
After tried many things, I think that I surounded by parasites and biofilms of course. Today no very dolors, but chronic diarrhea, food undigested in stools, chronic anemua, low weigh...

Today I can take 8 times /day 5 drops orally. More I get nausea.
I do this from 1 month~

So I  query your help to guide me, what I do wrong, how long time I need mms, or anything else that could help me.

Thanks you
Best regards

(French)

I, too, have had digestive tract problems in the past. Gut health is complex and there is much to learn about it.

It seems what we eat has a huge effect on gut health. What has helped me a lot is simple, home-made sauerkraut made from organic cabbage. Eating organic foods should eliminate the poisons associated with modern agricultural farming methods.

"Tobacco smokers are twice as likely to develop Crohn's disease as non-smokers. "

I suspect you are overdosing taking MMS1. Are you following the HRP in Jim Humble's latest book?

I have never smoke, and I drink almost never alcohol.

Maybe I take to much even with 5 drop ? But I get no nausea, just the common diarrhea since 1 2 years is little more water.

What is HRP ? I have the 3rd edition of JimHubble book

I forgotten to say that I can't eat Gluten or animal milk,(mainly) else hard pain in gut and blood

Thanks

Have borax water everyday.
Get Borax (20 mule team)
Air it out first: take a cup or more of the powder, spread it as thinly as possible on a tray or wax paper ant let it sit in a dry place for a couple of days. If you live in a dry sunny place it's even better, put your tray in the sun. After 2 or 3 days store the powder in a container.
How to use: In a 1 lit or 750ml glass bottle fill it half with clean warm water (no tap water), add 1 good teaspoon of the borax, shake well, keep shaking every few minutes until totally dissolved. Fill the bottle with water.
Every morning 1/2hr or so after breakfast drink 1/6th of the bottle. Repeat. For expl if you start on a Monday, you should finish the bottle on Saturday, take a break on Sunday. Repeat.
I have my dose nearly every morning, if I don't forget.
To make it even more potent add 2 tablespoons or more of Apple Cider Vinegar (the real stuff), add a 1/3rd teasp or so of baking soda. Let it foam up.

Gabyher, why do you "air out" Borax?

Any other info / links on why Borax can help gut health would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Thanks.

Why I air it out: Often times borax boxes are stored right next to other detergent boxes and some detergent smell might 'contaminate' the borax powder.
I really don't have specific links but have read a lot of articles over the years on borax and leaky guts and IBS. If you google 'Borax health benefits' you'll get lots of articles and testimonials.
I use to have serious gut problems until the day I decided to see a doc. After testing my saliva, urine and bowel, they found I had H Pylori, Was give expensive antibiotics, which never worked. Started on borax, Apple cider vinegar with baking soda, every day After 2 weeks I was fine and keep taking this trio 2 or 3 x a week.
Activated charcoal between meals also helps
Turmeric tea also helps (just plain turmeric powder in boiling water and some licorice root to sweeten it)
All the above taken together solve the problem.
