Part of my problem was that I was drinking too much water. I was doing this to combat and flush the herxheimer effect out of my system, which I was feeling from all of the dying pathogens. I dind't realize I was slowly sucking electrolytes out of my body that drasically.

Now that I'm having this issue, yes I am supplimenting electrolytes and minerals. But it's almost like I cannot keep up with my body's demand for them. I'm constantly tetering right on that edge of heading back to the ER again.

I have started to take MMS again, 1 drop every 2 hours, as I'm desperate to not let these bacteria gain any more ground. In the meantime I'm taking immodium to help with the loose stool. I know this isn't the healthiest way of going about it but it's all I have until I figure out an alternative.

Bananas, rice, apples, toast - what we called the BRAT diet - that was recommended in India when we had problems with diarrhea. They will bind you - as will cheese. You do what you have to do <G>.

Take care,
