Try 2 drops mms + 2 drops citric acid in 4 oz of water. From this, you only need around 1 tablespoon to actually brush the teeth ( i pour it over my brush). Once finished, add water so the cup is a quarter full and you can gargle and drink the rest as your first 2 drop dose of the day.

Thanks guys!

Hey Pam. I saw in this thread (www.genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=26&id=9175&Itemid=66) that you've switched over washing your teeth with the CDS instead of MMS.

Have you noticed any difference between the two?

Also, when you used MMS for teeth, how often did you use it? (a few times a week?)

Cheerio!

I activate 10 drops in a one ounce spray bottle, then fill with distilled water and spray on my toothbrush and put a couple of sprays in my mouth to brush around.

Hi, BJ- I still use MMS a couple of times a week, use toothpaste (no flouride) a couple of times a week, and CDS the rest - I sorta switch from one to the other. I can go 2 days on MMS, with no trouble, as far as the teeth are concerned, but I have these allergies that cause a post nasal drip (multiple inhalants - the allergist said he had never seen anyone allergic to EVERY ONE of the test samples - a lot of 1s and 2s, but when you add them all together, it's an issue, plus I own 4 cats (or they own me) <G>) so I prefer to brush daily and gargle. I think the MMS actually gets the biofilm better - maybe it's the citric acid, I don't know. I like the CDS, though, and use up "old batches" for things like teeth <G>

Okay cool. I'm a fellow master allergician myself ;)

The only thing I'm worried about with the MMS dental procedure is the acidity of the mixture and how that affects teeth.

Although I figure that if the acidity is a problem, then I can just put in a few more drops of MMS and the pH should balance out?

Yes, but in this case, you could probably just add some extra water - once the MMS is activated, it doesn't matter, I think. Or - go to CDS.

amazing. after 2 days of MMS mouthwash (must work out as 3-4 drops max), i take my morning or evening 15 drop dose (im just started on 15drop twice a day 21 day course) make it up with not much water, gargle then swallow each mouthful, then leave the last mouthful in my mouth for ten minutes, then swallow it, then rinse the mouth as i follow up with a large glass of water ( i find i need to drink water with the MMS anyway, or i feel a bit stiff and icky).

after the second day of this, for the first time i can remember in this lifetime, no more bleeding gums.

no film on the tongue in the morning, no foul breath in the morning.

its incredible how good this stuff is as a mouthwash.

people have always told me i had to brush my teeth more, floss them more, thats why i have bad gums, and that always pissed me off because it never worked, thats why i gave up on it. but i tell u , over these 2 days, i brushed them once a day, and now, after 2 days, my gums look like other peoples, harder, tighter, non bleeding ones!

incredible!

Hey GS, are you aware that the best info we have on ClO2 in the bloodstream is that it's mostly gone in an hour to an hour and a half? You might want to consider making a batch of doses in a sealed bottle, at a lower dose per hour, say, start 3 or 4 drops per hour. Then work up. Jim Humble recommends taking no more than 10 drops/hour with sacrament/protocol 2000, s/p 1000 is 3 drops/hour.

A mouthwash that I've found amazingly effective is 6 activated drops MMS, 2 tablespoons water, and 12 drops DMSO. I hold it in my mouth and swish around and gargle for 1 minute. Used 3 to 4 times a day, this can eliminate inflammation in a tooth.

I activate the 6 drops with 3 drops 50% citric acid, to reduce acidity, and give it a 30 second activation before adding water.
