Marjeanne, I have a neti pot that holds 1 cup of water. I actually use it twice, 1 cup on each side. In that cup, I put a 3 drop equivalent of CDS - os if I'm using a CDS where the CDS is 1mL=3 drops of mms1, I just use 1mL with 1 cup of warm water on each side.

Jim's new book on page 28 says:

Make a 6-drop dose in half a glass of water. Lie down and put 6 drops in each nostril every few hours until well. Or use a quart of water with 32 drops of activated MMS in it. Rest your head down in the sink sideways and with a hot water bottle, use the hose to drain the water into the upper nostril and allow it to flow out of the lower nostril. Then turn your head over and do the same with the other side.

called the tubing supply store www.freelin-wade.com/ and found out the least toxic tubing associated with CD use is called KYNAR or else Silicone but they only sell in 100 feet.

I just made some super strong CDS (6,000 ppm) with vinyl tubing from the hardware store but i am afraid to drink it because it turned the tube yellow, and also the nipple. I was surprised at how strong the smell was. i thought it wasn't supposed to smell. Can someone tell me if this is normal? Maybe i need to buy one online to compare, but they don't specify what kind of tubing they use. thanks

Since i can't afford to buy 100 feet of the least toxic, i found out my local pet store sells polyurethane and silicone tubing. I think silicone is the next best choice.

You should be fine drinking it. The gas will turn anything yellow. I've done vinyl tubing before I got the HDPE and the silicone. I think it's hard on the vinyl tubing, but it's not like DMSO, which is a solvent and carries things into solution.

CDS smells like crazy!!! It's the gas, infused in the water. What it doesn't do is TASTE. You should be fine. Keep it capped in the fridge.

Can we all agree on one, and only one, standardized making of cds?

I seriously doubt it.

It's an evolving technology, and different people have found ways that work for them - and shared those - I know someone who is not at all technical - the shotglass method works very well for her - someone else who has time and enjoys playing with bubblers and scrubbers is going to want to do something entirely different. It will be up to you to chose the technique that works best for you. I would suggest going backwards in time, looking at the most recent first, etc. Because as we've gotten more experience, we've streamlined some things.

Was wonderful spending the better part of an hour digesting all the new information in this thread.

I was initially too afraid to venture into making my own CDS as I was not a good chemistry student and after scanning posts, was confused by the chemical names. And some of these pictures of setups posted look like something intimidating from Dr.Frankensteins lab :P

But after watching the video, reviewing different configurations, and reading about your experiences, I see that making CDS is TOTALLY FREAKING EASY! And to think I was fretting over having to pay more for the CDS AND MMS1 to complete an effective protocol when I can get BOTH for the reasonable price of MMS! Which begs the question why CDS would be priced 2 to 3 times higher than MMS if it is the same thing  ....

Hi all,

I have a question.

Is it a good idea to buy already made CDS?

I keep seeing that CDS must be stored in the fridge. While in transit it won't have its temperature controlled.

Thanks...

It is getting harder and harder to purchase CDS from vendors - I know that 2 of the vendors here in the US have recently stopped shipping. It is so much easier to make your own.
